"I wished I learnt sooner that work can be really fun", that was simply but very impactful. Work can be positive, entertaining, impactful and also spur one to growth. Thank you for this interview.
I love her book 📕 fearless organization…She is the best in the business!!!
I teach Emotional and Social Development at university and the statement on reflecting what Lord Richard Layard would have liked to have learnt sooner "I Don’t think I was brought up, actually- to think well enough about how other people feel, maybe not enough to think about how I feel” is profound and humbling.
Thank you very much for this presentation! Super-useful information presented in a structured and clear way 👍
Great interview regarding very important topic. Thank you!

Kelli, it was our pleasure to host you for this fascinating conversation! Thank you for sharing some really interesting aspects of your work - some hugely important points for us all to consider!
@@worldwellbeingmovement Thank you for building a community where we can have these meaningful conversations. It feels like the world of work is on the brink of big positive changes!
I don’t like the word “my” when talking about other humans.
The most important thing is to only hire staff based on merit. The healthiest work environment is a meritocracy.
Oh what a great idea.
An extra day off a week can work wonders. Time is the most valuable asset we have.
Thank you so much for this podcast! Such an inspiring conversation. I especially loved Karen’s point about reframing - what is it already costing you NOT to have wellbeing policies in place? Very actionable. Thank you, and looking forward to new episodes.
