Hahah just yesterday I ordered food for delivery, waited a good 30mins only to see on the app about 40mins later kuti the food has been delivered. "Delivered where?" was the question. Called the service provider zvikanzi, the rider delivered your food and you paid in cash 😂😂😂 me I'm getting confused, becuase I never left the building to pay and get my food. Zvikanzi we'll give you a voucher to compensate for the error and you can order again and we'll deliver asap, mind you the voucher was only for about 40% of the price, meaning I still had to pay the rest. Some minutes later, do I not get a call from some rando saying how he collected and paid for my food by mistake, and that I can come and get it and pay him. 😂😂😂💀💀 I was like sir, first off, I don't know you and don't know what you have done with my food since you got it. I'm not about to eat it after you've had it for nearly an hour 🤦🏾‍♀️ and between him and the delivery guy, both of them didn't do proper checks to make sure the food/order was correct. My food was already on the way AGAIN after reordering and i wasnt hungry to eat 2 orders anyways AND pay twice. I was left baffled. 😂😂😂
