Main thing is to shorter contracts for seafarers. 30 years as pilot and without any acidente, I always say: nothing is so urgent that could not be done in a safe way.

Just remembering, It is very important to have the pilot in this conference before mooring operations. I’ve been pilot for more than 30 years and fortunately without any crew injuries during mooring operations.
