The Black boxes are used to unlock better stages that give you more drops. The event counts how many black boxes you have and the more black boxes you have, the better the stage. You'll see fighting stages that unlock after getting a certain amount of black boxes (all easy fights) and then when you complete those stages you'll go up a round. Everytime you beat a fighting stage the round will increase, and you will get more stages. The good currency stages start at round 6 and the best stages are at 8-9. You want to do whatever best stage you have access to at the moment so you don't run out of your apples and get enough bang for your buck. The stages that give the most are the 90+ and 90++, but if you can't do those the regular 90 is good (These are locked until december 12th along with the event story - so no one is able to do these yet) After you get to the final stages, the black boxes are turned into a special currency used for a special lottery that has rare gold materials and a summoning ticket. Here's a Pro Tip, Don't Combine the event CE, because each one adds 1 drop onto the drops you're getting from the farming stages for the lottery gacha boxes. So the farming stages drop the gacha box currency in bundles, what do I mean? say you get 10 drops right. Each of those 10 drops you get will be a bundle - NOT 1 drop. So say you get 10 drops and each drop would be a bundle of 3, 3×10=30 you have 30 currency. What the CE's do is increase the bundle by 1. So 1 CE in your team = (+1) 4x10=40 2 CE in your team (+2) 5x10=50, 3 CE in your team (+3) 6x10=60, 4 CE in your team (+4) 7×10=70 You want to use as many CE as you have (or can manage) as possible, Every gacha lottery box cost 600 currency. The late stages increase everything that drops. so for example a 90 stage could look like this (5 bundle) 20 drop stage (5×20= 100 drops) With 4 CE on your team (+4) 9x20 = 180 You can also find friend supports that have these CEs on if you use the event filter in the support menu. Which will let you get 5 CE. So (+5) 10×20 = 200. Which means if you did 3 runs it's 600. Which Is a whole box pretty fast. The hardest thing is just getting all the CE first and figuring out a Team for a stage that can win quickly. But if a stage is too hard (none are hard for this event like that tbh) there's a bonus for the christmas servants that makes them do double damage. So everyone's secret for this event is using the Christmas servants on the hardest stages

No fr same, I played and tried a lot of other gacha games but FGO just hits different for me. I have so many special memories thanks to this game, and it just has this charm for me other games don't have. I'm willing to try a new game here and there (trying infinity nikki later in the week, have some friends that are really excited about that one) but I'm happy with FGO and Star Rail. Those are my 2 most active games I play and keep up with. All the gacha games now a days have such a long story and it's too many to invest in. I'm at the point now where if I can't get into a game from the start i'm just not gonna play it, or try to find time to play it. Time is limited and I can only play so much Genshin was good; it has a great world design and great characters but it lacks depth to me and has a lot of superfluous content. I quit 2 years ago and went back recently for the new region .. immediately got bored 1 hour out the story lol It's awesome you have a partner you're able to play and talk about your favorite games with, I can imagine how nice that is. Idk why FGO doesn't have more female content creators. It's not like fate or FGO is a majority male dominated fandom. We genuinely have one of those fandoms that are split in the middle. You go into any FGO space/community and you see men and women simping over characters. You search up cosplay and you see hundreds of new female cosplayers every week. Even In my own community, i have an FGO chat and 4 of the active members in there are girls to about 6 boys. People always make voiceless vids for FGO but we've had no women that have made consistent content for FGO in the West who've kept up with it. All the female FGO content creators are japanese besides nova aokami. She stopped making FGO content on youtube a year ago and just streams the game every once and while now. We have no female equivalent like a myst that actively streams and plays the game then puts out videos

Passionlip is and is not BB. She's a piece of BB, but she isn't BB herself. All members of the "Sakura 5" represent a piece of BB/Sakura's personality traits. Meltlilith and Passionlip see each other as "Sisters" and represent opposite halves of the same coin. Passionlip representing Masochism and Melt representing Sadism. There's a lot to be said about her all of that, but for spoiler and brevities sake I'll leave it at that. Gameplay-wise she's an off-tank with some support features. She has a 1 turn taunt on a pretty short 4 turn cooldown, and her NP heals all allies for 3000 at base, scaling by +1000 per NP level. Her 3rd skill is overall her most powerful skill, but comes with a stun demerit, which can be negated by simply using her first skill first as it gives her 3 uses of debuff immune for 5 turns. The first skill lasts for 5 turns, and has a 5 turn cooldown, so unless enemies are really spamming out debuffs, Lip is nearly debuff immune. She also has 35% passive debuff resist through her stacking passives, so even if it isn't up she's likely to avoid low chance debuffs. All three of her skills grant defense up in some form, but sadly all except the first skill only last for one turn, making her very awkward to use in my experience. She doesn't really have anyway to absorb large powerful NPs, so she'll need someone like Castoria or Merlin to give her invulnerability for those. She's an overall good unit, but sadly has pretty niche use cases. In terms of raw damage and face tanking, Kingprotea outclasses her and is the same class. The only fringe case that makes her truly unique is on stall teams as a source of healing, taunt, and decent if a little underwhelming damage. She also does get ignore invuln which makes her do fairly consistent damage, even if it's not the highest. Sorry to ramble on there, but I do have her level 120 NP 5 and almost bond 15, so I am all to familiar with her strengths and issues. I was hoping she'd have gotten a buff in JP's last event or a summer alt, but no such "luck". So for right now, she's just a "good" unit.

Your servant inventory is full! I would make sure that all your 1*, 2*, and 3* (* = stars) servants are NP5'd and then lock them. Also, using another copy to NP upgrade a 4* servant is worth it, and any copies over NP5 can be burned (the sell menu in the shop). Also, I would use the fous that you have on your best servants. You can look at the fous in your inventory by using that left side menu when enhancing, You can switch between EXP, ATK fou, and HP fou. Although not a pressing issue, I would also look at your CE inventory and make CE bombs if you have lots of extra 1* and 2* CEs (Craft Essences). It takes thousands of 1* and 2* CEs to level a 5* CE to level 100 so don't be discouraged if you can only level a CE to 50 or so. There's lots of videos that explain CE bombs and the mechanic has not changed for years. Nitocris (4* Caster) is very strong in early stages, and free quest farming. Unfortunately the later quests (in the Lostbelts mostly) have lots of Gold/Silver enemies (there are three tiers of enemies Bronze, Silver, and Gold). She is basically guaranteed death on Bronze enemies, but Silver and especially Gold enemies may not always die to her instance Death chance on her NP. If you are going to use Nitocris, I would recommend leveling her first skill to level 10 (Gives her 100% death chance, although enemies do have death resistance sometimes), and her second skill to atleast level 8 (So you get 102% battery/ full gauge). She is really good at farming daily stages with Bronze/Silver tier monsters, but outside of that niche she is not as good as other caster servants.

We love you too Foxy. The speechless reaction to Nito's final ascension art sent me lmao. She's a very fantasstic servant (*Cough*) and beloved character. I can't explain Nitocris's lore super well but in the story she's a queen of the underworld (As a servant now) and simps hard over ozymandias. She doubts her own abilities as a Pharoah and ozymandias guides her (Fun fact ozymandias is voiced by Dio, that guy from the jojo memes ). A lot of servants in the game have sad back stories because they're based off real people. But what makes it interesting is you get to see these people (Now servants) try to live a new life, fix their past mistakes, and or develop in new ways because of what happened to them in their life (sometimes good sometimes bad- you never know, but that's fate lol). Sad stories but not all bad. Gameplay wise Nitocris works well in almost in any team that's not going up against a boss. Her second skill when you get it to level 8 gives her 100% NP gauge like Melusine. So she can use her NP instantly, but because the queen of the underworld thing her damage most of the time doesn't matter. Her death chance literally just kills the enemy regardless of their HP or class. The instant death isn't always certain though, It can miss (That's why it says chance) but against most enemies that aren't elite or bosses (so the irreverent/basic ones in most stages) she kills. Very useful servant. Honestly her summer assassin version isn't that good, but the alter version from what I've heard is Good. Oh and CD stands for (cool down) aka how many turns you have to wait to use a skill again. And CONGRATS on the 300 subs Foxy!!! Next year you will be at 5k 👀. Would it be okay if I gave you a couple suggestions for this learning servants series (Assuming there will be more in the future?)

To answer your question. BB is more like Passionlip's mom/creator. They're both based on Sakura which is why they look similar. Idk if you've seen any of the Fate/stay night anime (highly recommend if not) but i'll explain the timeline thing very simply, then go back to BB because that'll make more sense and make things less confusing. Hold your thoughts on BB for a second. Fate has many spin off series using the same characters (imagine the butterfly effect) or characters like the marvel MCU Heroes. So for example you have Miles Morales spider man (spider verse), Toby Meguire Spiderman (Spider man trilogy), Tom holland spiderman (The amazing Spiderman) they're all the same hero but their stories are different. Fate does the same thing except the heroes are the Main cast from the first Fate series ( Aka Fate/Stay night). The main cast characters of Stay/Night *Shirou, Rin, Sakura, illya, Saber (Aka Artoria)* and the other 6 servants from there you'll often see reused and or literally have their face put on another character. These are serious characters in their own stories of course, but it's become so prelavant in Fate overall that It's become an inside joke within fandom and FGO (Literally), between the FGO devs and playerbase lol (look up a thread later on "who is MHX" for fun, if you wanna see that) the community has a name for these characters You've likely heard it before. But any time a character looks like one of the main original cast we just say their name and add face after it. --------------- So *Saber Face* - Based on/or looks similar to saber ( Jeanne, Mordred, Castoria, Nero, MHX... ) many of them *Rin Face* ( Ishtar, Ereshkigal....) *Illya Face* (Sitonai... ) *Shirou Face* (Muramasa) --------------- Then we have sakura. BB is a sakura Face and so is Passionlip. Okay so now that, that makes sense. Back to BB and the BB + passionlip connection. So BB comes from Fate/Extra which is a game Spin off of Fate/stay night that takes place in the distant future. In this Future the earth was being destroyed so a group of Mages band together and make a virtual world on the moon using a super computer called the Moon cell/SERAPH to record earth's history. To look after this super computer an AI was created based on Sakura (Her personality and looks) to keep the Mooncell operating and look after people's health in the virtual world. But this AI malfunctioned, which shifted the AI's personality from good to evil, Creating our BB!! Which made her want to use the moon cell for her own evil purposes ( Aka a MoonCancer, get it lol) BB wanting to do evil and still having the emotions of sakura she was modeled after (Which Held her back) Said to herself " A perfect AI has no need for all it's emotions" and literally cuts out 5 emotional parts of herself, she deems unnecessary and then turns them into little AIs servants to do her bidding. This is where passionlip comes from. All the 5 servants have vastly different personalities from BB and also kind of hate her. To them BB is more like an evil step mom, than a loving parental figure. Passionlip and her sisters are nicknamed the Sakura 5 ---------- *PassionLip* | AlterEgo of Love and Hate - " She was BB's feelings of love and hate: and her maiden heart's desire to be loved" lip is shy and hates fighting, but will do so to defend herself *Meltryllis/Meltlillith* (Aka Melt) | Alter Ego of Pleasure - " She was born out of BB's desire to service and pleasure" Melt is very aggressive and sadistic, she is also sometimes called end of pleasure Alter Ego. *Kingprotea* | Alterego of craving - " Kingprotea was BB's craving and desire" She is silly and very childlike/innocent. But is the most dangerous of the sakura 5. BB constantly locks her up and tries to hide her away. *Violet* | Alterego of Purity - " she was born from BB's emotion affection" Violet looks the oldest out the Sakura 5 and is cold, she wants dominance, control and loves with a cold heart. *KazuraDrop* | Alterego of Affection - "Based on the parts of BB that were tied to the young version of sakura." She is the only one of the sakura 5, that doesnt hate humans and values the idea of being a serving AI. But she is very Machiavellian and is more cunning than BB herself. Hope that cleared up the confusion. I love BB and am a big fan of Fate extra haha I didn't want to go too deep into the lore not to make this too long or spoil much. But all of them go through a lot of character development and are very strong. Each is a force to reckoned with in their own way. When BB made them she combined them all with multiple Devine tier servant cores. So they can bend dimensions, and have some god like powers. Then BB being their creator is stronger than all of them. So you can imagine how dangerous and powerful BB is as a servant and antagonist. Hope you get her

Did you end up beating this fight yet? I would do all the side quests to get all the debuffs first. If you are still struggling I would recommend the 'Immortal Team': - Caster Artoria - Morgan - Merlin You basically use all 3 nps on the same turn with Caster Artorias NP at the end to get 4 stacks of Solemn Defence (Invul but cannott be pierced). You can watch/read more detailed guides as its a well known team just search Immortal Team FGO

Fate Stay Night Cu Lancer with all his skills max out and all his buffs is good at being hard to kill if he is you last servant sanding. He has saved me in a lot of hard fights. One of his buffs makes him stronger the closer he is to death.

I Audibly laughed at the 1 million HP Kiyohime part, that reaction was priceless. I'm on this chapter too but just started. I'm trying get everything done before LB7, LB7 is gonna be so hype! The fights in that one are like none we've had before and the finale to LB. Don't worry about remembering all the Craft essence in the game, there are 1736 CE in total - so no one remembers them all. Most of the CEs in the game have similar effects/are copies of each other with different art. It's 20 CE that are really popular everyone remembers because the effects are very strong (like Black Grail, Necromancy, Kaleidoscope/Kscope, 2030, and Prisma cosmos for example to name some major ones ) but other than that, people just normally sort through their CEs with the filter button and use their favorites. *Pro CE Tips* In General ■ Any CE with 50-80% NP charge is always universally a good pick for any situation. (Then even better if you can match the CE to your Servant's Noble phantasm type) - So for example, your izumo uses a Quick NP so she wants CEs increasing her Quick damage. Your kama uses an arts NP so she wants CEs increasing her arts damage. So on so on. They can say anything like - increase (arts/quick/buster) effectiveness by 8%, 10%, 15% so on, usually accompanied with some bonus effects. But just use the best ones you have or the ones with your favorite art, as long as you get the main part right it's fine. *For more specifc CE situations* ■ When you're fighting bosses with lots of HP, the CE's that boost NP damage by a lot (20-25%, Heaven's Feel and black grail) are good on heavy hitters like melusine. They can literally double her damage ■ If you're fighting an annoying boss that likes to spam evades and invincibility. You want to use CE's that say ignore invincibility. They are life savers on those fights ■ If you're trying to keep a support alive from annoying boss skills or going up against an NP spammer, CE's that give invincibility, evade and guts are awesome. ■ For Castoria when you take her to bosses (Specifically mentioning Castoria because she's the only servant in the game that can do this) she benefits a from CEs that say *Overcharge*. This makes the enforced invincibility from her NP last longer. For the other support servants like waver, koyansakaya, skadi, merlin and Tamomo - their CE choices are flexible, but my go to on all my supports is 2030. 2030 makes your servant generate stars every turn, which will help your servants crit more Castoria (Arts), Tamamo (Arts), Lady Avalon (Arts), koyansakya (Buster), Merlin (Buster), Skaid caster (Quick), Skadi Ruler (Quick), Waver (Critical) are the strongest supports in the game. Investing max skills into any of them makes your account 3-4x stronger, something you want to work towards. Their used in the same way to increase NP type damage like i was talking about with the CE earlier. ■ lastly if you're using a Healer servant they benefit from CEs that increase healing effectiveness. Or CE that say "charge NP gague every turn" and "increase NP gain rate" (These help them get their NP back faster) There's more niche CE types that do things like taunt the enemy (rare), or increase speical damage but you won't use them often. Also no worries I don't mind being shouted out, I was the one who left the comment on your last FGO video. When creators get big they rarely shout out people in the comments so it's always nice hearing when someone does. It lets us know that the creator of the video really reads our comments and cares about interacting with her auidence. A lot of people don't do this, so It's much appreciate. On that note that team you made is better but Xu Fu is too weak to help you in the fight against kiara. Xu is a support so even though shes alter ego class she won't do much damage. But It's fine not to have your own alter ego because the story melt is an alter ego.

Melt from the Story support is really strong here, if you use your skadi and melt together they'll do a lot of damage to her. You basically just want to NP her down using melt as much as you can before she NPs. Hit her hard and fast In the backline take your strongest single target damage dealers and they'll get the rest of the job done. Her weaknesses are alter ego and moon cancers, then people like Jack and Yang work too. Jack (special damage female), Yang (Special damage to burned) they both do their own thing advantage or not. Mash is mid on this fight because kiara ignores defense. You want to replace her with someone to dish out more offense or someoe to support offense

You can get BB (4* Moon Cancer) for free if you do the SERAPH interlude under the Main Interlude tab. If its not in your Main Interlude tab at the bottom of the home screen then you should be able to exchange it in the rare prism shop. Although you only get NP1 as you have to buy the other copies with more Rare Prisms in the Rare Prism shop.

- Destiny summon is only for Anniversary sadly :( So there will not be one for New Years. - Traum is the latest story chapter (6.5), so you are almost caught up! - If you have not done Tunguska Sanctuary it should be under the 'Interlude' tab at the bottom of your Terminal (Home screen). If it is not there then you can go to the Rare Prism shop (under the Shop section) and buy it for free! It is not a very long story chapter but features some interesting characters like Taigong Wang. Tunguska comes before Traum chronologically. - The current events story can be done after clearing Lostbelt 6, and awards 2 SQ and a Grail. Which you should have done! - I would recommend leveling a few more servants as Lostbelt 7 (coming for New Years) requires a wide roster of servants (20-30 different leveled servants). Best of luck!

If you have trouble grinding I would recommend an android emulator on your computer (I use bluestacks) and FGA. FGA can farm for you if you have a setup and know the skill order (you can write the skill order down as it can get tricky to keep track of 4 servants all all their skills in order). I have been playing since Camelot came out 6 years ago and have not farmed a lottery event manually since Gilfest 1. Some people are purist and say that FGA is cheating but as someone with responsibilities it is a saving grace (and I get to see all my servants level up after getting through 100+ boxes with all my saved up gold apples). If you want better gameplay servants I would recommend leveling all of Caster Altria's skills to 10/10/10 and Assassin Koyanskaya skills to 10/10/10. I would highly recommend leveling Assassin Koyanskaya so you can buster loop with Melusine (NP 3 turns in a row)! One of the most powerful servants in the game, Oberon, has a banner in December so I would recommend rolling for him (if you only care about waifus/husbando then ignore!). Always cool to see new players progress!

I was saving for Castoria but decided to bite the bullet and roll for Zhuge Liang since he's missing from my roster and I don't have any SSR casters. Got him after 2 x11 rolls. I'll be honest, I won't be watching the whole video, just wanted to say few things you are probably already aware of: 1. Audio is honestly pretty bad. Not as in quality, but the volume. Either having a headset or being close to your mic would make you sound clearer (easier to listen to and keep attention to what ur saying). 2. The video is too long for the content involved in it. Long videos work if they are engaging enough and/or you can tell an interesting story (interesting for the viewer). Seeing summoning video that's 30 min long (especially on niche game like FGO) already discourages from opening it in the first place. If that's more of a hobby overall then ignore this comment. Just wanted to share my view as potential viewer and maybe give feedback, since the video showed up in my recommendations. Wishing you luck

She has been a surprisingly handy welfare especially during the event for the 90++ stage, she isn't the best welfare ever but she's definitely capable in the right circumstances.

Sometime, gamble is a choice, either you lose all your SQ or you spend a multi and get SSR, and believe me, the SSR that appear easily is the servant you dont want.

sad luck but still better compared to the prehistoric days when there was no pity. Looks at my 1.7k sq down the drain
