Is vaginal birth possible after serious pelvis injury?
"Even in the obstetric community, there is belief women who have had pelvic fractures cannot deliver vaginally [3, 6, 10, 18]. Many women are not even given a chance for a trial of labor once the obstetrician is aware of the history of pelvic fracture [2]. However, nonoperative treatment of these fractures or operative treatment with iliac wing fixation, external fixator, and/or ramus screws should not generally affect the pelvic proportions or mobility of the symphysis and sacroiliac joints. Given the importance of the mobility of the symphysis and sacroiliac joints during delivery, concern may be warranted if there is fixation across the pubic symphysis and possibly the sacroiliac joints. However, it is unclear whether pelvic fractures or their treatments indeed interfere with delivery."

POSITIVE HOME BIRTH VLOG // Unmedicated Water Birth | surprise gender
มุมมอง 480K3 หลายเดือนก่อน
I am thrilled to publish this video in order to inspire other women just as many have inspired me throughout my pregnancy by sharing their birth videos. I feel beyond blessed to have gotten pregnant, had a healthy pregnancy, and have experienced an empowering home birth with my loved ones leading to a handsome, healthy son. Not a day goes by where I don't feel gratitude. Enjoy watching what I f...
Third trimester in Bolivia | First pregnancy
มุมมอง 5K4 หลายเดือนก่อน
Third trimester is for the birds. Peeing yourself constantly, back and rib pain, restless leg syndrome, loss of appetite, sensitivity to heat, swollen feet and ankles, crazy hormone surges, and the list goes on. Thankfully I have multiple women in my life going through it simultaneously. Community is everything! These are the last moments before my life drastically changes! Can't wait to share ...
Transitioning into Motherhood in the South American countryside

To think that this little Boba (Bolivian baby) was a seed of a dream planted into my desires 2.5 years ago thanks to Ayahuasca 🌿🤪... My body isn't suffering like I thought it would be, time is moving slower through my pregnancy like I didn't expect. So I better be grateful, right?! I sure am. To be surrounded by new animal life on the farm even in this drought fills my heart. This is all too ex...
Why Workaway is NOT the best for Volunteer Travel
มุมมอง 3.3K8 หลายเดือนก่อน
👋 I made a longer video about this topic earlier this year. Since then, I am continually impressed with the ethical responsibility that comes out of Worldpackers. Workaway has gone down the 🚽💩 based on my experience as a host. I'm excited to see the direction that Worldpackers is going in in order to provide great resources for their volunteers AND hosts. They have some exciting ideas in the wo...
2nd Trimester on the Farm | South America Living
มุมมอง 3428 หลายเดือนก่อน
As I shared in this video, I haven't filmed as much as I'd liked to during my pregnancy. I know how precious these moments are so it definitely is nice to be present amongst our busy, beautiful farm life, but I also love already looking back on just a couple of months ago. I feel like I am changing so much as a person. Becoming a mother does that to you. Even photos from just a few months ago m...

I tried Workaway last year in Australia to get any beekeeping experience and only got like 1 reply out of maybe 8 people I message. I'm excited to try worldpackers
This is a very helpful video, thank you
certain types of synthetic B12 can give you anxiety, the shakes, and etc...just FYI. You might be sensitive...but I'm not even vegetarian and I sill struggle to get enough vitamin b12, d, and iron as a woman.
How did I know right away by the title of this video that there would be a “SUPER EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT” link on the description? 😂 I’ve traveled through Workaway for 1,5 years (12 hosts) and met several worldpacker travelers along the way and it’s very veery clear for everyone: worldpackers is business oriented (startup with hundreds of employees), therefore there are way more businesses trying to take advantage of the travelers. Workaway is focused on cultural exchanges. But of course you’ll promote the one that pays you 😅
You didn’t watch the video. I asked for the promotional link from Worldpackers because I love them so much. And Workaway is complete crap unless you’re unempathetic to hosts and are just trying to penny pinch your way traveling for as long as possible without truly caring about giving back to a destination. I’ve hosted well over 500 travelers at this point along with doing plenty exchanges as a volunteer over the years. It’s so important to pay attention to what both travelers AND hosts are saying. Just because WP gives hosts/small businesses the opportunity to charge travelers does not mean they are taking advantage of them. It means they have something real to offer. And it’s IMPOSSIBLE for host destinations to sustainably accept volunteers without having some form of income contributed by volunteers. Think/comment all you want but you’re obviously not listening.
Hi, I'm Indian and i dont have money, but im very much interested and excited to experience the volunteer role, can you please help me which country and the host details
You're welcome to morocco , i will be your host and you can spend time here and come in aid
I am completely label free…after 30 years!!! Intuitive eating…I love it!
i know someone who take no b12 and no omega 3 he now suffering big time with depression and he will only get worse he take no supplements which don't work for alot of people anyway veganism is a big con its not healthy the mases have been fed a lie that plants are heelthy there not there toxic meat is what is healthy for us fruit is fine but stay away from plants
vegans dont want to admit there is something missing in there diet so there feed you bull that there thriving you see them get angry over the smallest of things there body is being starved of the right nutrients on a vegan diet plants dont give you enough of what you need veganism leads to hormone imbalance
Did u have another surgery after that surgery for rod n screw removal
I did a year later only for my sacral rod. Still have the one on my right side going through the pubic ramus.
Did u feel pain of rod
@@govindsinghrajawat5510 I did feel pain in my sacrum and then the rod broke which is why I took it out.
U have any problem in urination. Did u have catheter for some months after surgery pls tell me
I don’t have any problems urinating. There was never damage to my bladder. I did have a catheter for about 2 weeks.
That's especially interesting. I belive i need money to do it, and 2500 dolar is too much for me. But still, i have 1 year, i try to make up. It's good information, thank you.
You’ll need money for the transportation but after that you can stay at places in exchange for accommodation and meals.
do you know anyone looking for volunteers as of right now in Portugal? please enlighten me
I don’t know myself but there’s definitely a lot of opportunities on volunteer exchange websites like WP.
Humanitarian or hypocriticalian?
is this a paid advertisement?
I don’t get paid to promote WP nor bash WA, no.
Thank you so much for sharing this!
this made me tear up, so excited to experience this! <333 thank you for sharing 🦋
also, how long in advance do you need to start applying for work/volunteer exchanges?
Some hosts receive last minute volunteers. So it just depends on the host. For me, I tried to at least a month in advance, but I planned ahead more than most.
@@_theplantkiller Okay great to hear! That would be my plan too. Just wasn't sure if there was a such a thing as /too/ far in advance lol. Also congratulations on welcoming a little one! :-)
omg i'm going to syi peru later this year! so exciting you had that experience
Amazing!
Veganism destroys nature, eating man made plants. Wake up.
😂😂😂yassss he's got a weinerrrr😂😂😂❤❤❤ You guys are hilarious and full of love godbless u all😂❤
Thank-you for giving me hope! Wau!
You’re the whole reason I made this video!
So cool😮
thank you for sharing your experience 🥰
Appreciate you for the video. I’ve had this calling to drop everything and go help other ppl and communities for quite sometime. In most of my travels I’ve noticed how thankful and appreciative other cultures are that have nothing. I have a decent savings and looking to leave Oregon by winter. I don’t care about money anymore and am much more interested in more real experience’s. 🙏🏼
I eat meat with every single meal and no grains. :-) Life changing.
Congrats, you did amazing!! Was hoping for you to share your labour playlist! Love the sound of it ^^ understandable and fair if not!

Congratulations ❤❤🎉
So it seems like high semi dessert land. Is the soil a bit hard to work with. ? I know Brazil's soil is not that great which is next door. Is it hard to grow cattle there. I did notice the Brahmin cow.
💯 the most beautiful birthing blog I've seen yet Thank-you so much for sharing☆
So so sweet. 🥰
I will love too do that
This video played automatically after the last and I’m so glad it did 😭🙏🏼 I’ve been stressed trying to be logical about this journey but this has renewed my faith just a bit.
I relate to this so much as a fellow introvert- the pushing yourself into the discomfort of community with the recognition that there’s always something to take from those moments, good or bad. whenever I nudge myself into those experiences I always, always have moments after where I’m extremely grateful and appreciative! Ps. Super glad I found this channel, your spirit is amazing !
You totally get it. Thank you!
The greatest thing about all of this is that your son is going to be able to see this when he gets older. Such a beautiful couple and family congratulations you are very blessed. May you all have peace and joy and happiness . Thank you for allowing us to share this beautiful moment with you and your family.
I doubt a son would want to see his mom giving birth to him
My son will be raised being taught that child birth is beautiful
You get it. To know that his birth was free of trauma and surrounded by love is so important to me.
So wonderful I am 8 months pregnant to a baby girl and I’m thinking of a home birth may you please give me some tips xxx
Congratulations! That’s so exciting! Off the top of my head from what helped me and my experience: know your WHY (super important to know why you chose a home birth and it’s importance for you and your baby), watch a lot of positive home birth videos (which you obviously are 😊), have some mantras and affirmations memorized and in your space to repeat to yourself (ex: “my body was designed to do this,” “the only way out is through”), don’t share that you’re wanting to do a homebirth with others who won’t support you (many people are unaware of the risks that come with giving birth in a hospital when you have a healthy pregnancy and will instill lies and fear in your mind for not giving birth in a hospital), create a team you can trust that will encourage and nourish you the whole labor (partner, doula, midwife). Also if you can take an online course on homebirth id recommend that. It’s not too late to start but it’s getting close! Lol
is there anyway to make your labor playlist share-able?
They are… open.spotify.com/playlist/7e0GBEqWF3FCfruYCwJBaS?si=ZjjUkTv0QViknhAiI4XLWw&pi=u-8SsOrrdITxWR open.spotify.com/playlist/2x9N9CSLemcaaHTU1J0E4A?si=ixwv3hz1RVGRoCCKoAM8bQ&pi=u-soHnGZwWQZ-Y
Thank you. LOVED your birth ❤
I want this so bad. I’m an amateur Gospel rapper but I feel trapped like something is not wanting me to settle. I’m so ready but what about visa and passports That’s costly right? I can afford one year membership but not the visa or passport
You can always do Worldpackers in your own country too! Depending where you’re from, the cost of receiving a passport or paying border costs in other countries varies.
Congratulations 🎉 what a beautiful birthday experience. Thank you for sharing. I’m 38 weeks today and feel so inspired by you ❤️
Wow! I’m so excited for you! You’re going to own it! Best wishes to you and your baby when you team up on that special day coming!
Everyone around you was so loving and full of love. I adored the way your partner was petting you earlier in the video while you were laying on the ball, so sweet. Such a beautiful video! I am 4.5 months pregnant with my second baby, and we’re going to be having a second home birth. I live in Canada, I wish I had a space as private and calming as yours outside my house! You did so amazing!
I couldn’t have imagine a better team supporting me that day. It came together just as I had planned and I feel so lucky to say that. Best wishes on your pregnancy and 2nd home birth! You’re a rockstar! 💪
Hello Dear , Could you advise which platform the best? HelpX/Workaway/Worldpackers, for the first time to travel with my girlfriend? I`m from Central Asia (fyi) Thanks in advance !

Hallo dear I am from Morocco and I would like to volunteer in the agricultural field in North America, but my level of English is average. Could this cause me a problem?
@@mohammedfarah397 not at all. It’ll be a great way for you to better your English!
Thanks for the insight 😊❤
This was so beautiful to watch.
Significant bleeding is not normal with the loss of a mucus plug.
That was my concern at the time but everything went smoothly so 🤷🏻♀️ I wouldn’t call it “significant” but it was more than the internet said was normal.
Congratulations he's so beautiful And healthy .
Thank you so much! He’s so big now and chunking up quick!
Such a strong beautiful woman of God 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you. We all got it in us.
Congratulations on the baby boy!
Wow beautiful. Love how you share your experience in another country. God Bless you all❤
I am 63 and have perfect lab results across the board. I am 95% WFPB and attribute it to why I am on no medications, etc. Folks, please follow the plant-based doctors advice and you will not have challenges. Hope this helps.
I followed their advice by the book and still had health problems as so do many others. That’s a bold statement to make that you can’t promise someone.
Same here… I love animals, I do care, but the animals I eat had a wonderful life outdoors, way better than many people here on Earth..a place where we have to face the cycle of life and death! I always pray over my food and express my gratitude! ❤
Same story for me except I am keto/carnivore.
