What is your preference between this and the Philips Prestige?

One more thing. Be careful when buying because the prices are ridiculously over the top but can be bought for at least half recommended retail, sometimes better which can include extras like a cleaning station. The Philips cleaner is very compact and only takes a minute to do. Definitely worth it.

I have both although a 7000 Philips as the top model nicked me due to its different cutting process. I like both and for me the investment is worth it.

Note: Not supposed to use the cleaning brush on the foils. The bristles will snag and bend the perforations.

My dad had those in the 1950s growing up as a kid and he got a very chiseled chest from using this I definitely recommend this.

Informative video but one thing I see-you have to fill the back water tank -"the fridge" part -enough so that the light doesnt flash anymore.

Hey! Good video mate, thank you! Looks like you preferer Prestige more than regular Philips Shaver Series 9000. Still not sure which one to pick, the price difference only 30 euros Prestige with Qi charger vs Regular 9000 model. Both comes with cleaning station.

How do you get the descale light to turn off? I'm sure this model is only on a timer?

I'm looking into buying one of these. It's not only for shaving or trimming a beard, but also for trimming your hair (if you have a millimeter cut). I would take it on several weeks long hiking tours.
