Great video. One item of clarification though: American Express transfers points to Hilton at 1:2 rate, so 1,000 AMEX Membership Rewards transfers to 2,000 Hilton honors points. So you're example of the 50,000 point hotel in denver would cost 25,000 AMEX membership rewards. Just wanted to clarify this. I still agree that Chase / Hyatt has the absolute best rewards redemption, with the AMEX / Hilton redemptions lagging a bit behind in second.

I recently was approved for this Business Platinum Card. I've been banking with US Bank since the year 2005. I have a business and personal checking accounts, along with the US Bank Cash+ credit card. They did pull from TransUnion and all my FICO credit scores were over 800. I only had 1 inquiry on my credit report that was a year & half old. US Bank only gave me a 10k credit limit on this credit card, which was fine for me. This is my 2nd business card I was approved for. My 1st business credit card was the American Express Business Green card. Before the would approved me, I was told I had to go to web site of the Secretary of State (Wisconsin) to register my business name because I'm a Sole Proprietor. After I completed this process, USB verified it with the state, and I was approved for the card.

I didn’t know what a UCC filing was until you explained it here. That is very important because I do have a good relationship with Chase. My branches relations manager has been very helpful in getting me approvals for 2 business credit cards so far, and I now have 3 with Chase and 1 personal credit card with them. Was thinking of going for a 4th business credit card with them for the 2/30 rule but learned that you can only do 1/30. However I can probably do a personal card for.the 2/30. A BLOC would be better though except for the UCC filing. I don’t want to lock myself to Chase when building relationships with other banks like NFCU, other Credit Unions and Banks.

I was there in May. I was blown away by how big it was. We will be there at the end of the month!

Have used many banks and brokerages over the years. But i have had a long personal history with USBank. I felt that relationship was important. Was able to open a business checking and credit card at the same time and received a very high credit limit. Count me as a satisfied and loyal customer.
