First off I would advice taking the seed phrase off from here as everyone can see. Second USDT is easy to send.You need an account of the same crypto with binance.Once you have this then you send from 1 USDT ACCOUNT TO THE other done. Any issues faced further am sure can be addressed by your wallet holders organisation.

First I would suggest you delete the part of the seed phrase asap as everyone can see it . Secondly, USDT although a stable coin currently there rumours of ban in Europe. However if you looking to get them to binance try bridging to another Blockchain or create a binance account in USDT and should be easy to move it. (THIS IS NO FINANCIAL ADVICE)
