I'm trying to apply your tutorial to a aera plan view with a scheme and a color fill legend apply to the aeraa (instead of rooms) and I can't figure out why but the color portion of the aera are shifted 50' under the level that is the reference ? Is there a way to do it right ?

Hi Arch. Ralph! I watched this video twice already. It’s just a super-comprehensive and streamlined presentation of BIM in a Project Managers perspective. You’re not even raising your voice but you have gained so much of my interest and attention. I just wanna ask if you have a similar presentation in some paid online platforms where I can get a completion certificate? If so, please share me the link here and I will be more than glad to check it out quickly. But if there’s a free certiicate, that’s even better. 😊 By the way, modesty aside, I’m a Civil Engineer by profession with 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Looking forward to your response in my concern. I hope you’ll be able to se this comment. Than you so much Arch. Raph and ARCDOX!

Is the EIR document used in the BIM Execution plan? It mentions the client’s requests in terms of specifications and desires for the project and the scope of the project, or does it mention the client’s requirements in terms of BIM only, meaning his requests for BIM management?

Ralph, thank you very much for your video and the accompanying graphic. It's the first time I have heard someone speaking about standards in this way and whilst your angle sounds dramatic, so much of it is absolutely true and so sadly doesn't even make it near consciousness when discussed in a professional environment. Thank you. I will used this for awareness raising at work.

All of these are craps. No matter how you polish it, what we want is two things, that are - let it be built and performed as specified; and not simply donate the money to Autodesk. what a shame that a united conspiracy to push BIM to the world.
