What gets me about Dean feeling betrayed about Cas flying off with the Angel tablet is that Sam wasn’t as affected as Dean was. “You didn’t trust _me!_ ” even though Cas left both Sam and Dean. While Sam is just tired of their fight 💀 Same thing with Cas going off with the angels to find Kelly and Jack. Dean says “we were worried, and that’s not okay” when a while ago Sam was actually like “It’s Cas, he’ll be fine”. And when Cas got back to the bunker, Sam was like “well at least you’re okay, welcome back” while Dean was mad that he left. People say that Sam and Dean are both like brothers to Cas but Cas and Dean’s relationship is just way different to Cas and Sam’s, or Sam and Dean’s for that matter.

I need you to imagine what it would be like to watch this scene for the first time like this. I don't have to imagine it - because that's my reality. I've been reading destiel fanfics these last couple of days. I've never even watched the damned show (I know this is some kind of mentally ill behaviour but I won't look into it). In the description of one of the fics it said "this what happened after the divorce scene". So I look up "destiel divorce". And here we are. And what a magical experience this was.
