That was the two homes from 13 going on 30 Can't forget Bushnell Avenue. 3 Back to the future homes. Biffs, then three doors up is Lorraine's and then two doors up is George mcflys. So you've got to check that out too The thirtysomething house is actually directly across George mcflys house. Odd you didn't talk about back to the future homes and everything, when you were already there, at the location 1960 La France avenue was also used for a movie called Star Kid from 1997. But you got everything else correct. So I believe that house has been used the most in South Pasadena

17:40 that house was also featured in 3 other movies. Space Jam as Michael Jordans house, Sky High as the stronghold residence and Nancy Drew as well

Hallo, I 'm watching from Italy. I' ve enjoyed this video very much. I believe you've done a good job in showing us the spots where the facts occurred. We can see the point where the car layed down into the water and we can realize it isn't deep at all. The dyke bridge road can not be taken by mistake but just on purpose, as you have clearly shown in this video. What looks me strange is to have a party at that Lawrence cottage on the Chappaquiddick island, why not at Martha's Vineyard? The whole story seems to be planned by the intelligence agencies in order to frame Ted Kennedy.

The video was excellent, especially with the sun shining in the end of the video, it felt like a proper Friday the 13th ending. If all goes well i hope to visit there next year to celebrate its 40th anniversary. I have a question though, they dont give you the keys to enter the mess hall anymore? Great video! The only neighborhood that has changed to any extent is around the music store, the whole area around 47th is pretty shabby now, with many buildings boarded up. The rest doesn't change, Crook County building is the same, the jail is the same and the bridges don't move so much anymore!

Some significant gentrification since 1980... . Was in Little Italy years ago with some friends when we came across a bunch of motor homes parked at the curb - and noticed this trashed out Dodge Monoco missing its front windshield. Curious about what was going on, we hung out until this guy who looked like Dan Aykroyd walked by. Now we were really intrigued by what was happening, and next saw the real Dan Aykroyd walking with Belushi’s stunt double. As this as during their SNL days, we were completely blown away and didn’t realize what we were witnessing was the making of the BB movie until it came out the following year.

the griswold house was in warner brothers ranch Including New York Street from the FRIENDS opening credits and Buffy's neighborhood from Buffy The Vampire Slayer and all that ended up being bulldozed in early 2024 to make more place for a new set of modern sound stage ... thanks for the video i am in quebec canada way to far to visit in person and its nice to see i bit of those scene

Excellent video, but I was hoping to see Milwaukee in your locations…the (long since finished) 794 bridge that was used as a launching ramp…it was brilliant!

I grew up in the neighborhood close to the scene at :08 sec. We called that bridge the "jack knife" because of the way it looked when it opened. This view is from 95th Street looking south along the Calumet River.

They filmed a scene in harvey when they drove through the mall on Dixie hwy. The old Dixie Square Mall.

A friend and me snuck onto that bridge in the thumb one night back in the 90’s. Lived inner city for about 6 yrs and past a lot of these sights in the movie without knowing. Friends and i went down to Harvey one night and went into the abandoned mall that was in the movie. Brought home fleas😂

To my mind Kubrick built atmosphere heavily into the film at every touch and turn it's atmosphere building constantly right from the start with the music and the horror of the drive up the mountains and what a drive , but what a glorious hotel in such gorgeous surroundings id love to visit someday , you are truly blessed living in the states 😊😊😊
