you asked us to comment what we think about the creepy voice, so i'll tell you: i can only hear it well enough to make out 2% of the words. i think i made out something about not needing to go anywhere. seems pretty generic to me

It is a ride with a track. However those, chairlifts, and monorails are considered Transport Rides which are allowed.
