Money must come easy . Buy a hot Rod for that they are cheaper to fix
@@edfarley4560 lol ha to do it!!! Tires needed replaced anyway
8.2 is way to dry. No feed value left....15% for a 4x5 is the aim
@danielthomason5685 it was pretty hit and miss with that field. It was a small field that we got to super late and just wanted cleaned up for the year.
From the sounds of that ATV they must be baling at about 40MPH.. 😂😂😂
Haha not quite but it was moving at a pretty good rate
Damn u poured it so steady. i was a little confused why u needed that 😅
Lol if it wasn't there then I'd probably not be as steady 😅

Never will understand the desire.....
Need to see more videos on this machine and more info
I'm sure more will be released soon. This was the unveiling at the PRI show
NEED A VIDEO OF THE CONVERSATIONAL SOFTWARE!
I showed that a little in the video but this was from the PRI show so I wasn't able to get too much more. They told me that the setup on the conversational part may change slightly by the time it's released. But it's an impressive machine for the money.
How often do you go through blades
This is my second blade in 10 plus years and thousands of cuts. After the original blade was done I switched to a cheaper blade but went back to a makia blade right away. Their blades are very good.
😅😅 damn, adjust your rake
Yea we noticed it was off a bit too lol. This little section was super rutted up and rough so we weren't too worried about it for this little section. But she's workin better now.
Dang! I cannot believe that baler kept up with that guys speed. He was really covering some ground there and the baler was just taking it all in. Very impressive.
It's definitely pretty impressive how fast you can bail with it
bro I have a 1000gtr and I thought that was insane until I bought a tesla plaid it's in its own level I took it to the track 9.3 stock quarter mile
100% I couldn't believe the pull it had right off the line
Using this rake vs a bar style, What do you do when the field is light and need to pack 3 or 4 passes into the row? I need to upgrade my old rake but often my fields are not heavy enough to just put couple rows into it.
If your hay is so thin that 1 pass from a double rotary rake won’t make a row, you need to fix your fields
So we ran into a similar situation that year with minimal growth from no rain, and basically we would rake a row then catch that row with one side of the rake to pull it into more hay until we had a decent amount, then start a new row. Definitely no ideal. We ended up not raking some spots in the field because it was just taking too long and burning up more diesel than the hay was worth lol
Are you going to help him pay for fixing his fields. It is not cheap to get a thick crop and if the weather does not work to his advantage he could spend a lot of money with no return on investment.
@@farmer2521 it’s cheaper to make thick hay than to spend the fuel running around for a bale an acre
@@Stupidwon1234567 Drought plus heat, sometimes fields here get very short too. Most people still have old Rowse 42' dump rakes. Goes over a field fairly quickly, works great for thin stuff, and with grass hay sometimes over $200/ton around here (poor quality this year is about $120 so far I think), going over a field for scatterings can add up quickly. To make it easier, a person can go around the outside/obstacles with the other kind first. Most around here use 20 wheel V rakes, never seen anyone with these raker style, and bar type are very rare. Most common mower is a Vermeer tm1210 (based on visual, most of my neighbors have one).

Where did you buy the machine? Straight of China? And can it do 3/16 aluminum?
I bought the machine from Gary ramsey out of Texas. Its a China machine but does very good for the price compared to others. I was instructed to only cut 1/8" and thinner for aluminum. I believe it could cut 3/16" but with the reflectivity of the aluminum you risk damaging the source. If this was a ipg or nlight source they have protection against the reflectivity and you could probably cut thicker aluminum safely. The raycus/max photonics does not have the protection for that, so the rule is stay on thinner to keep from damaging the source. Hope this helps.
What is the effective range of this weapon? Anyone?
Carbon steel 24gage to 3/4" Stainless steel 24gage to 3/8" Aluminum 24gage to 1/8"
@@Stupidwon1234567 thank you for the information. But if if the material was 50 feet away could it still do the same. I’m talking Star Wars stuff, could it be weaponized say from 100 yards.

Are you running a phase converter, or do you have 3 phase?
Luckily for me I have 3 phase power. Its only a 90 amp service and it runs the table great. I know these will run on a phase converter too.
Seems like a poor demonstration in that weak stand of hay.
Unfortunately that was all we had at the time of the video, but this thing can crank through some hay it's a total beast.
@@Stupidwon1234567 I don’t know why I phrased the question like such a shithead. Sorry. Was not the intent.
No worries I need to get a video of it cranking threw some thick hay this year
Well next month you’ll need a new eight speed transmission. Believe me when I was in high school I went through a couple of transmissions power breaking

Those tires were already smoked before the burnout. Was gettin new tires next day so mine as well do some good burnouts lol

I used to do this with my moms Pontiac all the time. When I finally was old enough to buy my own car and I had to pay for tires, gas, and transmissions, I stopped doing it.

what amps and speed are you running. I typically cut 16 ga. slower than the presets, but I am not overall satisfied with the cut quality
I run slower also, for 16/14 gage I run my 45xp at 45amps and 165ipm for letters or more detailed stuff. I'll run around 190-200ipm if its basic shapes.
@@Stupidwon1234567 I typically run 125, same plasma as you. maybe I'm going too slow? I use the fine cut nozzle ( not sure if you are or not) and no matter what i cant get rid of the bevel
I run the fine cut as well. I think you may just be running too slow. Also check your drawings, if there are a lot of nodes or points in them. Those nodes will act like a slow down point when the machine is running and can make your cuts slightly more jagged.
@@Stupidwon1234567 I try to remove nodes, or "simplify" but every time I hit simplify in inkscape the drawing gets super messed up by oversimplifying
Yes that tends to distort the drawing but you can go threw and delete the nodes manually where you want to. It can take some time and you may have to play with the lines but it does help. But for now try speeding up your machine to that 165ipm and see if that helps out. I dont always do much with the nodes but my cuts are pretty darn good at that speed. If I notice issues I will refine the drawing more.
Did he ever have to get a transmission rebuild? Just asking because it seems every time I did burnouts without locking to one gear, letting it keep shifting it heats up and frys itself
Nope shes still running good
