When I think back on the early days of DAoC, I was a recruiter in my guild (of coworkers) because I spent the most time ingame. When I considered someone to recruit I never thought about that person quitting the game. I would consider whether I thought that person would be a good fit at level 50. Everyone I met and played with stuck around for years. Nowadays it's completely different of course. I miss the days where only serious players would play games.

I know your Jane is M2 but even M0 I find her better than Yanagi. So many s, damage reduction and easy to play makes her a beast. She is definitely on her own tier. Also, based music choice.
