I mean it’s hard to rate them bc you can’t just rate off stats. You have to take into account the situation they’re in. The things that add up to an overall include athleticism and power and stuff so you can’t just say “this qb has better stats so they should be higher overall”. Like if Lamar Jackson had 0 wins this season and led in interceptions he’d still have to be a high overall because he’s a freak athlete.

Here's an angle nobody even stops to consider. Clemson is top 5 in terms of talent according to 247 sports. They consistently recruit well out of high school and very few players leave unlike at other schools. Have you ever stopped to consider that maybe talent isn't the problem but instead coaching is the problem? Clemson's best coach is Matt Luke. Clemson's OL has been tremendously better this season and they're the same players that played last season.

Because once you go to that transfer portal that groups that you have wouldn’t wanna come and the players that’s already on your team are going to wanna leave how is it helping you or any team?
