for his eminently meritorious and invaluable services rendered as Resource Speaker/Subject Matter Expert of in-service training courses of the Philippine National Police (PNP), specializing on the topics about Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law; as co-author of manuals, Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Materials on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law published by PNP HRAO; and a member of the technical working group that conducted series of meetings of the Inter-Agency Committee on Children in Situations of Armed Conflict (IAC-CSAC) for the enhancement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11188 the Special Protection of Children in Situations of Armed Conflict Act. By this accomplishment, aforementioned officer immensely contributed to the attainment of the mission and objectives of the Philippine National Police.
