Hold onto this feeling. The language we have to describe this sort of awareness is imperfect, but the kind of thing you're describing is what I describe as a person's 'vital essence'. I have developed a lot of thoughts about this feeling since 2020. Philosophically and spiritually, you can go very deep on this issue, but I think there is also value in keeping it very simple as in your video. My own perspective is rooted in panpsychism (the ubiquity of consciousness), also I think Crowley had a point in emphasising 'Love Under Will', Will being the expression of the essential self. However the Delphic Maxims also hold this wisdom in its ultimate form: number one, KNOW THYSELF. Maxims 2 and 3 are also useful. My own belief is that we're obligated to the development of universal consciousness - as men, developing ourselves as actualised, masculine entities is part of a service we perform to the universe. We fulfil the destiny of consciousness this way. That's what I believe.
