Nice video! I'd suggest to learn how to do reverse launches with brakes in the correct hands. If you turn right during takeoff then, when you face the wing, your left hand should hold the left brake, while the right hand should hold the right brake. The right riser is on top of the left one (obviously the right one is the one connected to the right side of the wing). If you turn left then it's the opposite for the risers (left on top, right on the bottom). It takes some ground handling practice but it's the safest and easiest way to control the wing in that position
