I love that I stumbled on this video! We have such different opinions. I LOVE Frankenstein and feel like a lot of your confusion makes sense except, there is exposition to explain the POV switch. I read this book every fall and I would say even though it’s shorter, it’s something to be read slowly. Mary Shelley uses beautiful prose and it takes an extra beat to look past the old dialect and understand what’s being conveyed. I truly think it’s a beautiful story though! Since it’s so old the cousin/ future wife thing was more common place and you’d probably need to be aware of those things going into it lol it could definitely throw you off I found Dracula a boring read though so we might just enjoy different writing structures

The hobbits a children’s book. You should’ve finished it by now

By reading the books AFTER seeing the movies --you WILL picture all of the characters exactly like in the movies . Unfortunately you will not be able to 'imagine' what hobbits were 'really' like , nor any of the other characters . That's not a criticism , but a fact . ( I read the Trilogy three times , way before the movies came out . )

There a booktuber she’s booked a and busy that did a wheel based on Harry Potter and created different prompts each character maybe you could do the same if you have a favorite book series that was made to a film series like twilight or hunger games . Or Sherlock Holmes . Just some examples not sure if your fans of any these series

I’m surprised you don’t have any shorts or community posts yet? It’s the shorts that will get you more subscribers. I found that out the hard way . Even if it’s just two shorts one showing book marks with the Beatles song paper writer in back round and one showing all the books you have with leaves on the cover for fall and snow on cover for winter . There get eyes on your channel
