You can apply online may mga crew agency naghahire ng mga green crew. Green crew means 1st timer on the yacht kung qualified ka tatawagan ka nila at mas madali mag-apply sa yacht kung may kaibigan ka na nagtatrabho na sa yacht just in case magkaroon sila ng vacancy at qualified ka sa position matatanggap ka
