I will share in a little more detail how the Reiki Activation was for me. I had meditated earlier in the day, but only briefly, so I was excited to get into a deeper state, and I had planned to meet with my guides. I called them in and relaxed. I spoke with a guide I am getting to know. My focus shifted to sensations I was feeling in my body in many areas. I did feel a sweeping floating sensation from left to right, which was amazing, at one point. And more brief and sometimes sharper sensations. This happened in several areas. I was brought to the idea that as I meet more of my soul family I will feel certain bodily sensations but that is in order to release certain traumas completely. Those reconnections will heal any residual trauma. I was brought to the remembrance of certain feelings and body issues that I have had in the past and integrated more deeply the lessons from challenges that I have gone through. I feel a deepening embodiment of my true power and light and an enlivening and vitality. It is almost midnight here but I feel boundless, energetically, although I feel I will sleep peacefully at the same time. I feel deeply inspired and ready to do what I came here to do. And I am certain this will help me with my gifts, as they are expanding at this time. I am very excited about that and all of life at the moment. Thank you so much Bryan!! In the midst of it, stages of surrender. It is so uncomfortable. Some times I feel like I'm going crazy, then I come into the peace that lies underneath.And once you start the process, it's impossible to go back.My awareness is so much deeper, and vast, all at the same time. You lose identity, yet, somehow, feel everything all at once. It's all dreaming now.
