I can't find what scanner you used that looks so good 😂😂😂
Shining 3D Einstar Vega.
Check out my long form videos I did some reviews on it.
Luke and I should be friends, because this is great!
the fact it looks so good is impressive, normally when i see these "i scanned and printed X" they look like vaguely similar blobs, then again this is probably on the larger end of these scans
usually the blobs are scans from a phone. Where as these were actually from a 3d scanner called the Vega from shining3d
@@3ddiy neato!
Thats just a fun print
In my country you couldn’t get a mortgage if you have this done
It all depends on Regional building codes. Type of insulation and proper installation. This was through a government subsidized program working with local utility company. Every step of the process needed to be inspected and approved from initial quoting, installation, post work and follow up from the government agency. The work could also only be done through a list provided from the government as they were approved to do it correctly.
That's the kind of humor I love.
lol...I thought all the support was part of the design! 🤦♂️
Welcome to mold and wood rot 😂
Open Cell Foam, No mold or wood rot with routine maintenance checks like everything else in your house as leaks can be detected. Patched, dried or replaced like with normal insulation. Open cell also allows for vapor to escape and the house still be breathable from pressure build up.
Epic prank
Before the supports come off, it looks like it was a victim of Last of Us.
It looks more like Luke Combs then your friend Luke.
Awesome print. What are the goggles she's wearing at the end
Thought it was futurerama lobster 😂
you better respect my boy zoidberg!!
I kinda love how the support was sculpted to look like it was overgrown with roots and vines, i might have painted them green or brown and kept it as is till he came to visit, and hidden it in the garden the day he did
I saw it as arms with hands holding up his face and thought it was made like that. It looks so cool!
Uhm. Sir. He clearly belongs in your garage.
😂😂😂
Put it in the Bathroom / Toilet room . Note underneath with flashing LED " recording in progress "
Wait. You can do that?!? 😮 I’m just looking into 3D Printing and my mind is blown
Oh this is just scratching the surface of designing for 3D printed stuff.
😂😂😂😂
Dear God it looked like a Rosa Parks' bust pez dispenser for a second
How do I order a whole printer? Like the scanner and machine. Cash or card?
You can order the 3D scanner from Shining 3D, and the printer from Prusa.
I like it
I was hoping for a Rick roll lol someone help me out here!!
100 years from now somebody will find that bust, and also stumble upon an episode of Rick and Morty.... thus believing we all were garage scientists.
Ha! I love it.
@3ddiy it was my first thought. 🤣 No hate or negativity intended. 💯
Sounds like total boat thought the same as you lol. I dont understand why Paul wasn't disqualified?
Lol😂😂😂😂
My first thought was a weeping angel
I love plastic is used for art its better then big corporations why aren't you getting mad them? Why is it always the creatives problem? Its not them destroying the earth buddy

Hello, nice short video! I have a question: When I go into Fusion and create a Gridfinity bin, I have that parameter window on the right side (as shown in your video at 0:20). But if I click away, it disappears, and I don't know where to click to get it back. Googling hasn't helped me, so here I am. Thanks!
@@ClaudiuTudoras once you commit to the dimensions and it’s generated you can not re-edit it. It’s a plug in and not part of fusions parameter editing design. You can use the preview somewhere on the bottom. Before hitting generate.
looks like the floor was painted too.
No, It was just that dirty up there. Did some sweeping up.
...is the new black?
What's the Leatherman sheath called?
Oh that's sick! These would make good stocking stuffers
You should watch Louis Rossman's video on it. This wasn't a "security" update. The printer is just as unsecure, and in fact, their keys got hacked and leaked almost instantly. With regards to the previous "security issue" mentioned with another company, the security issue was ignored. A white hat hacker then exploited the vulnerability in order to force their hand. Also, with Bambu's current decision, it wasn't in the terms of purchase. Customers didn't buy a closed source, proprietary printer. They bought a printer that they believed was open source, and capable of being modified. If Bambu wants to lock devices that aren't owned by them, they need explicit consent from their owners, and need to offer a full refund, and full product retrival at no cost to anyone. We're not two years old. We don't need a company restricting us "for our own good," when we're supposed to be the owners of the product.
At first I thought he sent swamp thing
I have sad news for you... Fact that there are no male genitalia or 'F U" anywhere on the print means you are not true friends :(
You shouldn't spray foam your roof like this. Your roof isn't designed to last forever. When it deteriorates and water starts coming in, the foam is going to hold the water and rot out the wood.
You are thinking of closed foam this is open foam. Water can pass through and dry. Also easier to spot leaks, remove and replace.
I have seen a lot of people freaking out a bit too much and spitting a lot of false info , which has only fueled the drama
100%, Theres a lot of jumping to conclusions.
Dave, I completely get where you're coming from. The problem is that Bambu isn't implementing an authorization scheme that allows us - as machine owners - to determine which clients are allowed to interact with our machines (absolutely possible to do in a decentralized way that does not rely on Bambu Cloud or Bambu accounts), but an authorization scheme that allows them - as manufacturers - to determine which clients are allowed to interact with our machines. So yes, the concern for bad actors accessing our machines is there, but we should be the ppl deciding who can access our machines, not Bambu. And absolutely, manufacturers should implement secure authorization schemes, but those schemes should never involve a cloud service or a cryptographic key that anyone else but the machine user and owner control. If I choose to grant access to the printer for whatever software I want, I should have the ability and the freedom to do so. I don't want Bambu telling me who can or can not access the printer, just like those malicious bad actors they are strawmanning.
Hey Al, I’m not gonna pretend that I know all the security protocols and what systems work best for what. I’m sure that the concerns people have are valid as it could be a possibility. Just like the fact I gave matches to my kids doesn’t mean they are gonna burn the house down. Bambu has a responsibility to their users and they have to gain their trust. Right now there are a lot of people with a lot of distrust for any change. And what I am saying is to follow the track record of them listening to the community and being transparent. Which they have already done. In my research I did find the below information about security protocols that was interesting. “Moving to Mutual TLS via a controlled client like Bambu Connect is a pretty industry standard approach to secure, authenticated communication that doesn't require an internet connection, it is done with digital signatures offline.... and thus it can be done over a LAN. It's how many web APIs inside a corporate network are secured. It's how web browsers are secured. Microsoft, Mozilla, Google, Apple, etc. all send you revised certs/keys regularly in your OS or browser patches. Client authentication via x.509 cert signature or subject verification isn't super common on the public web but it does happen a lot with mobile apps or thick client apps, or some websites, e.g. SAP's many websites often use it to verify you're a customer.”
I cannot be the only one that thought it was homer Simpson with glasses at first before he took the Supports off 😂
NGL, I was expecting a massive penis
