If 7th CSL shows 8,12 it might be negative for marriage itself or loss in business , early death of husband may be. 8 &12 will not work in your favor mostly. BHavat bhavam is never used in KP I dont know how are you teaching this? This is the rule - If the seventh cuspal sublord denotes 8 and 12 alongwith 6 or 1 or 10 then litigation is going to happen after marriage. 12 denotes separation and 8 mainly denotes litigation alongwith pains/ misery after marriage.
