Thanks for this. Just found your channel. I grew up in southern CA and used to visit Parker frequently when I was young. It’s a really fun place with lots to offer. I live on the east coast now and hate it. Can’t wait to retire and move somewhere back to the southwest. I’d consider Parker as a possible retirement destination. I’m in my early 50s so not that old, but access to medical care would be my biggest concern. Driving to Phoenix for a doctor appointment doesn’t sound so great.

See, even the professional pyros mess up, and they belittle average citizens for making the exact same mistakes. Hypocrisy at its finest.

They should have known better than to shoot off fireworks with dry brush so near. The places we've done shows, the city has shorn the dried foilage and placed plenty of fire trucks around in case the fireworks start in fires. Also, you have to shoot one firework up to see how the wind affects it before setting the rest of the cannons in order to counter the wind. How the wind is at eye level and how it is where the fireworks are breaking can be massively different. One of our parks were in a gully so the wind above street level was vastly different from the way it was below street level. We had to adjust the cannons accordingly. If nothing can be mitigated, then the show shouldn't happen. That's just the breaks.

I'm retired also, it gets over 100 degrees, I have to really think do I want to take that side-by-side out or not. We have Ranger, so I can pack a bunch, but still worry about being stranded... Maybe a bike rack for the back with an EV bike? Maybe shoulda kept my Wrangler? No perfect solution, but you are right, just don't too far out in the heat w/o backup rigs. Great video, makes me go south from home in NV to our place in Parker...

those rocks are on Indian land, and you cannot collect anything on Indian land unless you are Indian, if those guys got caught, they would be in big trouble, they were probably looking for fossils in rocks after you split them in two.

This is not what the Parker 400 should be. This race was never a “Pay to view” event. Sorry I didn’t go because of this. Hope in the future the Parker race p, whoever is putting it on returns to the roots of this desert race. Don’t change the course to block off spectators and charge a fee to see what was free. 😢

Did the Speed car have issues? Why did it back up and not go forward?

There are no emergency exits on that coach, The guy got burned us pretty good, got flown to Vegas something to keep in mind when shopping for a coach, because this didn't have an emergency exit

I am retired now, my Grandfather in-law owned the Blue Water Bar back in the day, my father in law was born and raised there.
