Thanks! Thought it was helpful for me also to remind myself of the purpose of each, orifice size differences and patterns. It's so interesting to see how the orifice sizes effect the GPM. I was doing some tests with my Kranzle and with the 25 nozzle, i'm getting 1400 psi and less then 2 GPM. with the 4.5 , I'm getting over 2 GPM at like 1k PSI. perfect for car stuff !!

wow. interesting. I'm playing around with the noddles and checking on PSI and GPM now with my Kranzle. Actually ai would have expected a higher PSI with the 35 nozzle. what size hose do you have ? 1/4" or 3/8"?

@@talkingwithcars 1/4" x 50' Uberflex with 3700PSI rating so I can use on my gas machine in a pinch. The pro's videos said I had to have QD fittings on both the supply and pressure hose, so I tried that on this...probably my 6th or 7th unit. That has cut setup and cleanup time nearly in half! Amazing the effect on PSI that even minor nozzle size has isn't it? I found PSI readings interesting too, and that having a pressure gauge (this my first) can be very useful.

Please and thank you and if it does do I just buy the ryobi siphon or i need some modification? - im starting a detailing but I find an issue that some of my upcoming clients lives in an appartment so there is no water source in it. So if I could just bring buckets with water I can use this washer for sure.

@@UwU._Sqb I read into the manual and other documentation and everything says to connect it to a garden hose and turning it on. And it noted something about the potential of ruining seals if not done correctly. Personally, I would contact Ryobi direct to see if it's ok to pull from a tank to bucket before doing it. you may need the pressure to keep things lubricated.

@@blxkem1185 I like it....it's very powerful and cleans up the house very well. It's a little too powerful for the car but you could use a larger hose and larger orifice nozzle to tame it down....but honestly, I would get the $99 dollar Ryobi for that...or an Active 2.0 for that function.

absolutely. and it's a little frustrating that it turns the car off when your just getting out to get the mail or something. but i guess it's something to get used to. smh

Glad I was able to help ! It was interesting to me also when I learned of the prefilter. I would think that the PreFilter which is easier to get to and the first line of defense is the one that would need to be replaced more often. And good thing because it's easier to do :)

thank you! the unit that's on the cart is the smaller Ryobi 1800 PSI 1.2GPM unit. i did a video on it recently and it's a nice little unit. I did get my hands on a Kranzle K1622 and wow. what a cool little unit. but both are nice for car cleaning / detailing.

I agree. If they developed and sold something that’s like $40 range and gave much better protection. I would consider it for sure. Then every other wash or every three washes. You just spray a coating on. Seems simple

They never sent me a new formulated batch :( Not sure if I want it but if they send it , I’d try.

I've heard some good things about the M888. Little grabby when installing but very good quality and longevity. Nice size bottle also! That's great for them...Meguiars needs to develop more so they are more relevant to the younger detailers. How did you get the free samples? did you reach out to them? not sure if I want it but curious.

I reached out to them and gave them my order numbers, and they are shipping replacement bottles all for free. Maguires was a little grabby when taking it off, but the results are fantastic!

It’s close. I like that one. There are a few different MAX versions now. The one I was looking at has a rear piston/shock. I believe the MAX also has slightly more powerful. But for simple commuting I felt the F2 Pro was a good compromise.

Interesting. Without seeing your setup, it’s hard to tell. But I would start with all of the above. Make sure you have decent pressure at the hose. In general, residential water pressure ranges between 45-80 psi (pounds per square inch). If your water pressure is under 40 psi, it's considered low. I would also pay for a decent water hose. I bought this from Griots. And I’ll never turn back. www.griotsgarage.com/professional-water-hose/ Try those couple things. Lastly, maybe your Ryobi is bad. Worth swapping it out.

@@talkingwithcars i tried it with a different hose and water source and it did the same thing. I followed the instructions on the machine. Went to home depot to return it for a new one. 🤞 hoping this was one is good!
