It's all the meds they had her on. See how her dancing started progressively improving in 2015+ and then in 2019 she was put on lithium, I guess that must have caused a lot of damaged to her. She has said recently she has a lot pain in some parts of her body and other parts feel numbed.

I think it could be because she was giving birth to her boys. Pregnancy and child birth can take its toll on our body. I certainly wasn't as fit as I used to be and can't do everything physically I once was able to do after my pregnancies and birthing my children. I'm still trying to get back in shape but I heard that you will never be the same after a pregnancy.

I see many people in the comments say it's aging, but Janet Jackson is 60 and still dances just fine. I know K-pop idols in their 30s/40s who dance better than they used to. No one really expected Britney to do backflips still, but she was such an amazing dancer and she still would be if not for the trauma and the drugs/meds that slow you down + I simply thing she lost (understandably) had no motivation anymore. It's really not about age at all

you forgot to look into her 13 year old conservatorship. But one thing @ 0:51 "when you don't get enough oxygen in your brain" that was definitely caused by lithium which she was forced to take while she was controlled. Lithium literally shrinks your brain and there's no going back to it.

Let me tell you from a typical man's perspective. Men don't give two squats about how she's dancing... unless he's "swishy, of course!" At 42, she is still smoking hot and we, are pigs!!!

Actually I was wondering the same for quite some time. A lot about her changed and I can imagine it's drug and trauma related and I just feel sorry for her.

correct. she did lip sync at the vmas to a pre recorded track because in that particular performance there was A LOT of dancing as u can see in the performance. many other artists do the same (and did that same night) so not to much on the queen💖.

I agree with a lot of what you said. I like few of her songs from Bionic to now but I definitely go back and revisit the stripped album when I’m in a mood for xtina. I personally think she should have done one more album like stripped - that fusion between pop, rock, hiphop, R&B was amazing even though I have heard that she don’t like the pop genre… but one more album before moving on to B2B would probably have had a positive influence in regards of getting more fans and staying “relevant” … …and again with B2B… maybe she should have split the album into 2 albums - a “B2B” and a “circus” - and letting that “era” last longer… that and the lack of promotion for the other albums and missing out on touring has clearly had an effect… But she chose family and not doing all these things in a long time and the last couple of years she has relied on nostalgia… so I do really hope the next album revisit pop and r&b. When that’s being said I still prefer her singing on a stage than todays pop stars lip syncing an entire concert… I cannot get that cringe feeling away when I see artists today… It simply feels like myself years ago with a hairbrush singing to songs and having a concert in a shower.

I think her big mistake was, that she took a too long break between her albums over the years. I believe as an artist it’s not easy to finde the middle. Xtina always kept her privat life and family together and she stayed away from bad influences. That’s the difference between her and Britney. Britney seemed to have friends like Paris Hilton Lindsay Lohan etc but they just wanted a part of her fame. Xtina stayed away from those bad influences. Yes maybe xtina sacrificed a part of her career but she is doing way better than the rest now! She is worth 140 million dollar has many brands on her name and is touring around the world! She has a happy relationship since more than 8 years and is with her kids happy! Btw nowadays artist don’t earn money with selling music anymore those times are over. They earn the big money with touring and advertisement deals. In Europe her fragrance is number 1 best selling fragrance for example…She is an icon and will always be!
