A reflection on 2016. I've learned many lessons, and in this video I share a few of the lighthearted ones, and some more meaningful. Thank you to all those who continue to support me, it means the world.

Quick update from Austin, Texas. Currently travelling from here to Miami over the course of 10 days via New Orleans. As usual I'm checking in with how I'm feeling in relation to my depression and reflections from the trio.

Latest ramblings from me, given it's been a few weeks since I did a video. This one talks about an important day, my current mood and some personal realisations to do with self.

A myth about depression is that those with it are always sad. My journey with depression takes me to some very deep places, but I'm still able to experience a deep sense of happiness from time to time. I wanted to share this. After my last post I want you to know that not all the days are dark. Today happiness and peace accompanied me like an old friend. I felt at peace with myself. I felt optimistic. I felt, happy without conditions. That smile you see is a heartfelt show of happiness. It'll pass, it always does. But I'll bask in its warmth whilst it's here.

13 days into my trip. Currently in Jasper, Canada. I'm vlogging about my struggle with dark clouds and depression. I'm having a good trip however and I know this is where I need to be right now. Feel free to share.

A few people have privately asked why I'm being so public about my struggles with anxiety, depression and life generally. In this vid I hope to explain my reasons to you :)

Quick diary entry from my first night in Vancouver. I'm staying at the Cambie hostel, which is a proper downtown hostel, complete with interesting mix of clients. Guess this is what travelling is all about!

I've been truly upset by the news in Orlando. An abhorrent hate crime waged against one of the most beautiful communities I know. As a proud gay man I wanted to share my thoughts on what it means for me, and offer my thoughts to those suffering as a consequence.

First stop - Iceland. I'm sat in the crater left by a volcanic explosion. It's actually 6500 years old, not millions as I state in the video but still pretty old! This is day 2 of my summer trip to Iceland, Canada, America and South America.
