Don is the best. He has been a employee of Hayes since he was in high school. Donald Hayes the founder of Hayes. Was 45 years old when Don came to work at Hayes Auto Service in Atlanta. Donald is about to turn 91 in August 2024.
He's a kind soul and an incredibly hard worker!

Yep always the best of the best. Especially for the money and the quality. I've owned 6 jeep summits. Over 7 year. Nothing is better. I make sure all my family drives jeep summits
To make it straight.. there's 2 founders. AD and Donald. AD HAS 3 sons. Donald has 2 sons. Then there are grandchildren from there. At present there are 8 working full time. Others have retired. Many people do not know the actual amount of years and hours required.

I know all of them personally. They don't know im on here. But the truth needs to be told. This just didn't start in March 1971 on senic Hwy. It started in 1953 in Atlanta Georgia on Dekalb Avenue. Hayes Auto Service. Many years of suffering and sacrifice. It wasn't easy to sell cars in 1980 with car loans at 23 % interest. It's a story that needs telling and no one person knows it all. I do. There should be a book written about the entire Hayes family. There are more of them than seen on here or talked about. The unsung heroes. That's what should be told.@hayesfamilyauto
