i found my apartment on wagaya japan! it’s was able to find a good realtor on there who also spoke english:’) they’re also foreigner friendly

hi hii! i was there for about a full year, i miss it dearly:’) prior to coming to japan i had already been studying japanese, so adjusting to my environment wasn’t as difficult, but i’m not fluent though…i also did have my own apartment! the process was more difficult for me though since i was a foreigner, but i managed :”3

Waseda has english based programs you can apply in it but prepare a little japanese to adjust in Japan.:3

@ it was a bit dark when I exported them so I adjusted the lighting only in my photos app:” !

@ I also used Final Cut Pro to edit this but CapCut should work just as good to make this kind of video^^

hi bella! It was a bit difficult for me to make friends outside my study abroad group, but I felt like I made a pretty good handful that I can say i feel genuinely close to :’) it does take more courage and more proficiency in the language if you want to make friends that are home to the country you want to study abroad in. But surprisingly I was able to make friends who still spoke english. As a shy person myself, I mainly made friends with people who took the same classes as me ^^ I do have friends whose language proficiency is higher and they were able to join clubs. They found it more easy to make friends and make more connections beyond that. I hope this answers your question :,) !
