Hi Im trying to replicate this, but was not able to get the same bootstrap effect. I think my subtheme is missing the bootstrap link/connection. my subtheme folder only has the subtheme.info.yml file and a templates folder. and i did not create a subtheme.libraries.yml file ... can you share how bootstrap is linked with your theme?

I tried its convert only gif images. I uploaded a 2mb jpeg images. It show the path "files >> Styles >> webp >> public" for the webp format but there is no image.webp file in this directory and nor loading the image
