PHOENIX PARK - DUBLIN - IRELAND
The Phoenix Park is one of the largest enclosed public parks in any capital city in Europe.
It was originally formed as a royal hunting Park in the 1660s and opened to the public in 1747. A large herd of wild fallow deer still remain to this day. The Park is also home to the Phoenix Park Visitor Centre, Áras an Uachtaráin, Zoological Gardens, Victorian Flower Gardens, a Biodiversity Information Centre, Phoenix Café and Tea Rooms. The Phoenix Park is only a mile and a half from O’Connell Street. Both passive and active recreational pursuits may be pursued such as walking, running, polo, cricket, hurling and many more. The Glen Pond is set in very scenic surrounds in the Furry Glen. There are many walks and cycle trails available to the public

Even in winter season the beaches in Alvarge are beautiful, and the sky is still clean and blue. I had just one day and a half to explore the beaches then the best option it was to rent a car. It was possible to visit: Praia dos Estudantes, São Gonçalo de Lagos, Praia dos Três Irmãos, Aldeamento da Prainha, Praia de Benagil, and Albufera.

Just got back from Dubrovnik and this beach looked nothing like I'm seeing it in this video from last year. Just basically deserted, no chairs, umbrellas or even a place to buy a beer from. One day a bulldozer leveled the place and threw most of the gravel into the sea. I've no idea what they're doing over there these days.
