There is nothing wrong with residential/commercial projects in 3km to 5km radius of eco sensitive zone. But yes right NOC is required from forest department. So don't ask how these projects are coming. Projects are coming because by rule it's allowed and it completely safe. So don't create unnecessary panic.

Sorry to say this but Umesh ji, Your information is not correct. Sector 92,95 is not included in 5km range of bird sanctuary. Source of truth: Master plan 2031. To ensure no body can purchase by mistake illegal construction in this 5km radius. Government has already drawn the 5km radius in master plan map.
Some part of sector 95A and 95B is coming in this.

@cgirag123 I don't know source of truth, just checked 5km from boundary of bird Sanctuary on Maps... I would not buy anything 6km radius to be on safer side for investment. This 5km guideline exists for years, nothing new. It's how the system allowed and now what action will be taken against agencies who gave RERA and other authorizations...
