Listen im a PSU fan but its insane to call it “SEC bias” as to why UMICH dropped so many spots and bama didnt. 1. Bama only has 1 loss vs UMICH 2, its very easy to see why a 4-1 team is ranked higher than a 3-2 team. 3. UMICH has lost in a non competitive fashion against a top team, Bama has beat a top team. 4. Bama has a balanced offense, UMICH has a garbage one dimensional offense and will get shut down by most average defenses

I'm not understanding yalls power rankings, lol. Obviously the top 3 have separated themselves. Beyond that parity is huge. Thus it's all about styles make fights. It's all about strengths and weaknesses and how that matches up. Doesn't matter if your Purdue or USC or iowa.

How can Kent argue that Illinois has had a better season than Indiana this year. This makes no sense.

The top is easy because they have all won. The bottom is easy because they have all lost. Therefore is middle is difficult for you guys because you don't know to reconcile teams that have won and lost.

OSU hasnt played anyone. PSU only played Illinois and you said theyre a joke. Indiana shouldnt have bought out of Louisville series and just played the damned game.

I still have Illinois over Indiana in my Power Rankings. The Illini's lone loss is to Penn State on the road after a road win at Nebraska. And yes, I have refused to put Purdue last.....until this week.

I was riding along with you until you said confidently that Indiana would beat Kentucky (not saying that they couldn’t but it would be a tough game) and then you really lost me when you said Minnesota would beat Kentucky.. Minnesota is not scoring on Kentucky’s defense. It would take crazy turnovers and special teams plays for them to score more than once on Kentucky.

Ballo isn't a dominant player. His season high last year was 17 points and he only did that 3 times. I like Ballo. I think he is a really nice piece to a team if you have 4 shooters on the floor. He will get double doubles pretty consistently but his offensive game is pretty limited with his inability to play more than 20 minutes and poot free throw shooting.

Nebraska gives up 72 rushing yards a game (4th in BIG 7th OVR) and is the only FBS team that hasn't given up a rushing touchdown. Seeing how they stack up against Monangai is going to be fun to see. I am interested in the QB battle, more importantly the offensive lines. Rutgers' Oline is extremely good at not giving up sacks, giving up just 4 so far, and Nebraska's defense practically lives in the opponents backfield with 13 sacks in 5 games. Nebraska has given up 8 sacks on the season But Rutgers defense has only gotten to the QB a paltry 4 times. Tied with UCF and Oregon State, in a 3 way tie for worst in the FBS. Fantastic matchup.

Good points. Schiano said it himself: Big Ten teams must continue to improve as the weeks go by or they will fall behind - since the other teams will be improving. So Rutgers will need to show improvement on all the margins (health, scheme, player development, run D) from their week 3 and 4 performances in order to chop out the win against Nebraska.

Northwestern defense is legit and will give IU fits but northwestern offense is so atrocious. Indiana covers easily. I see a 31 to 7 type score with like a 7 to 0 or 14 to 7 halftime score
