I Volunteered at a Deaf Summer Camp as an ASL Student! (Reunited with an Old Friend!)
June 30 - July 1, 2024
Before I started my ASL Interpreting Program, I was asked by an old friend/mentor to volunteer at a Deaf Family Camp in Ohio. Was I nervous? Yes! Especially cause it had been a few years since I had been signing...but if fear is the ONLY reason you have to not do something, then it's not a good enough reason to not do it...so, I volunteered. Watch to see how the first 2 days went :)

June 2024 I moved to Pennsylvania in 2016 and lived there for 8 years. I love Pennsylvania. It will always be one of my favorite states, but seasons were changing and it was time for me to move on. It doesn't matter if man sees you, God sees you. People may not understand or they may even laugh, but that's okay. I pray for those people to be filled with that same fire for Jesus and that want to have that moment with God like you have.
