selamlar, ASTM D276'yi plastik malzeme üzerinde test etmek istiyorum, amacım izole ve kılıf malzemelerindeki cross-link oranını göreceli olarak öngörebilmek. Cihazı bilmiyorum ancak bizim labdaki kalay kalınlığı ölçüm aletine benzettim, onda da bir solvent kalaylı bakır teli aşındırarak elektrik akımını ölçüyor ancak sizin yaptığınız testte yanlış görmüyorsam plastiği değil de teli sallandırdınız, aynı kalaylı telde de olduğu gibi. Şöyle bir soru sormak isterim, eğer Xylene veya tam bizim malzemeye uygun bir solventi kalay kalınlığı ölçüm cihazında kullanabilir miyim bir bilginiz var mıdır? Çünkü gördüğüm kadarıyla mantığı aynı burada da aşındırma olayı var sanıyorum. Ancak şöyle de bir durum var, cross-link miktarını göreceli olarak öngörmek bu cihazın sadece bu test için kullanılmayabileceği, crosslink için bir aracı olarak kullanılabileceği fikrini doğurdu. Sorumun nedeni de budur, iyi çalışmalar.
