Hoper has been affected by floods in recent years. Last year, several floods severely impacted many residents, and an entire area called BarkuShal was wiped off the map.
This year, another devastating flood is again causing damage to the same area and the regions adjacent to the stream. May Allah protect everyone from such sudden disasters and keep us all safe.
