It’s not got to be practical or even comfortable for a lot of people? The Tackle Tarts want eye candy, nothing less than 36 m legs 😮😂😂 nice job all the same, I did used to like the canal frame for the Top half 👍
The conversion is very comfortable now with new seat added and lot more sturdy than the canal from..which back in the day 19mm square were adequate..but as you say 36mm is what all modern boxes are based on...
Yes mate had to wait to find the right one ...had to be a rive Open end type Hard to find but found one been powder coated and ready to be given a video on its own...so watch this space 😮

I have not made any for people I started this as I wanted to take my ASI into modern angling hence the build ... I could certainly make something 🤔 I know the rive box frames do fit ...
@kevsmith2086 I think you have done really well to see box looks amazing make it looks really nice seat box at the moment I use a matrix xr36 pro but I'm looking to sell mine and getting rive black edition seat box I have always wanted a rive sea box I just love the things you have done to your custom made box mate it looks really nice👍💯🎣🎣🎣

Thomas up apart from all the condensation. Even with all the Vents open it drips down.
All single skin bivvys get condensation...adding the wrap will give an air gap and cut down on this issue

Mark it has a place in a massive market place of shelters. It's light and fairly good footage Biggest issue I had was daylight unless you had the skin on. OK in dark but early mornings lot of light floods in as material is not coated in side .. Overall 7/10
I suffer with my back as well but wont be getting one of these hopefully the trakker tempest 100t its quiker to put up and looks better tight lines.
And costs 3 times as much lol
Everyone get the trakker tempest 100 or 100t dont get this its a waste of time and money.

Great review from a normal fellow. The type of bloke who would use the bivvy if he thought it was crap he would say. Not industry sensitive. The sonic bivvy are absolute rubbish. Had mine less than a year and it's now in the bin. Poles bent on election. Wrap is too small. It leaks like a tea bag. Pegs fell apart when struck with a mallet. Stay away from mass produced rubbish.
I had mine 2 months not used in any bad weather but a change in my angling direction saw this along with 90% of my carp gear sold as I returned after 18 years to the match scene.. The unbox video was the first of three I did ..few gripes were fabric it was very thin and without a wrap meant light was an issue ..it did not leak but as I said did not use long enough to give a review on long term use.. Overall if I was every to return to mainstream carp fishing which is highly unlikely...would stick to nash.....
Is it worth leaving the zipped front off whilst having the over wrap on? I bought the bivvy and wrap recently and will be trying it next week on a sesson.
Dont like the tension straps on the peak look fiddly

Trouble with this bivy is the condensation just drips on you all the time at any time of the year so looks I might have to invest on a overwrap

Ha ha I don't know about the quality of thd sonik bivgys what I do kmow about quest bivvys os this,,,,y mate had his out in a trip we had in winter it snowed and the frame collapsed on his bivvy literally collapsed inwards and bust the whole bivvy

Thinking about getting one of these bevvies. With the overwrap on does it look likely you can fit two bed chairs in as I don't want a 2 man bivvy as pegs on the lakes I fish are not that big?
Don't think two chairs would fit even with wrap on ....maybe look at two man version

get yourself a tempest brolly, its easier to errect.
This was first time I have put it up and was on decking...on grass it goes up easier .Had tempest and Nash ...this is as far as I am concerned as good as both at fraction of the cost
