I would suggest you all read the privacy agreement before using the app. It literally says they collect all of your information, personal information, device information, information recorded on the server side, etc. etc. So essentially you're agreeing to use a device that is sending all of that plus video to a company in China.

I have the exact same camera as yours.But the instructions look different and when I try to set it up.Some of the choices I make are in chinese and I have no clue what it's saying l o l
These Camtrix cameras should be avoided. They need to be taken down and recharged everyday; only work with an Android app downloaded from a website, not the Google Play Store: and disturbingly they connect to an IP address in China.
If you go to your AppStore, type in V720 in the search. The app will have a blue background with a white camera and a half moon in the middle of the camera.
Does it work while ur out the house? Like how can u see whats going on wen ur not there if it has to be connected to ur phone? Ur not gonna leave ur phone at home..I really want one but nobody is explaining how it works wen ur not there an how u check ur footage can u explain
It works while you are away from home. The camera is connected to your WiFi which makes it able to work. It’s no “have to be on the same network” type of deal.

I can not get them to connect to my internet at all😫

It will not connect it says it is configuring network but never connects.
It says the same thing on me unless I connect it to its WiFi which is Na but when I tried to connect in my WiFi 2.4gh it's not working
