I played the game The bosses are so damn annoying And the treee level takes 20 minutes I think it’s not that bad but it’s just coupled with the other things Also the voice acting ain’t that great bro

The funny thing is Everything you said here has nothing to do with the game itself or level desighn All your praise goes to the engine the game was made in the infinity engine Which the devs didn’t Make. The lighting graphics and a lot of the assets are From this engine along with the moves and physics All they made are the levels and cutscenes and even you admit those aren’t that good.

People hate the devs because they put wrote Naughty girl in Maria’s underwear Plus they illegally tried to monetise the game I do t think the game is straight up bad But like most sonic games It has far more frustrating parts than fun ones

@@Chayusuizai Also, add up the fact that this Maria texture was made by a woman, who wasn't even in their dev team - she did it as a freelance work, and she just did it as a self-reference that wasn't meant to be seen. It would be weird for developers to check this model for what's under the skirt, and thats exactly how it got into the game - they simply did not knew about it. The "monetization" is a complete joke. Even if it would be a problem for Sega (which it wasn't) they would do something against this game, but they didn't. Which begs the question: Why Twitter-people care so much for something, that Sega doesn't have a problem with?

@@MiBitsname anything good about the tails missions, the later game level design and the fact that the story is laughably badly voiced and animated. Play Sonic Triple trouble 16 bit or even Sonic GT for a really good 3D sonic experience

There is no best Sonic game. Some games are generally better and some other are worse. And this game definitely is one of the better ones. The fact that it can rival official games says alot.

That’s hard to explain but One he tried to monotise his fan game and kept lying and skirting around the fact that he did If Sega got wind of that there’s a good chance they might just start DMCA ing fan games. Some of the devs were found cyber bullying people online and in the dev group Finnaly There was a leaked file in the game for Maria’s underwear that was uhhh….. 😬

​@@cri3z No one tried to "monetize" this game. Bolt - lead developer of this game, had betabuilds of this game on his Patreon. When he got alot of people against the betabuilds behind a paywall - he removed it and apologized for it (Should I also explain, that betabuilds and a completed game - is not a same thing? It's not a paywall for a full game, rather it's a reward for people who wanted to support the project while it was still in making). If Sega didn't do anything against this game and any other fangame, I don't understand why people are complaining. Why people are caring for something, that Sega has no problems with. People from the dev team wasn't cyberbullying anyone. Two persons who were claiming that, were specifically insulting developers and their game - so then they could sabotage their project and act as a victims. The underwear part is true, but not only I'd be concerned about the person who specifically dragged this model from the game to check what's under her skirt (you can't even get close to Maria in the game), the developers also found out who did this model. It was an ukranian woman, who was not in their team, and she did Maria model for them as freelance work. She said that she did that texture as a joke and a reference to herself that no one should've found out. And I really doubt that the first thing the developers would do with this model, when they recieved it from her - is to look under her skirt to check whats there, because they knew that in the game no one will be even able to look there. The only ACTUAL thing worth mentioning, but of course this guy didn't - is when Bolt acted toxic towards ChaosX in Twitter, because he didn't liked Omens, but thats literally it. If you want to learn everything about this controversy I'd suggest video by The Sonic Show "The REAL Truth Behind Sonic Omens Controversy & Google Doc Drama" and "Responding to All the Sonic Show Drama". This guy explained all this stuff with full detail in a first video and added a couple important moments in the second one. And he did that without any bias towards this game and the devs, be it negative or positive bias. Where something was wrong he pointed it out, but in most cases the "wrong" was not in the developers - it was in Twitter people, who was smearing them.

The lead developer, Bolt, sure acted toxic a few times, but we all do that occasionally. Everything else that people blame him for he either never did in the first place and it was a direct lie and provocation, or it was a mistake with betabuilds on Patreon - something that he fixed and apologized for back in 2020. He did nothing for you to want him crucified, all these TH-camrs are sharing misinformation, combined with their hatred to this game and this dev team. They didn't deserved it.

@@Therealones745 its better in my opinion i just like the story its much better than generations’ and the gameplay is so much fun especially in the final levels and the graphics look amazing its so unique and it has allot of references to sonic unleashed i see it as a good game and i dont get the hate its getting if you play the game with a negative mindset and you are just trying to hate it so bad of course you wont enjoy it you gotta try the game without thinking whatever the devs did
