@MikeCebo i got really use to dropping my lead hand when in karate. Went into mma and it took a while but eventually corrected it. Keep it up

Wow these comments suck. Definitely rotate on the ball of your foot and you can swing your right arm behind you to create force and speed. Its a pretty good roundhouse to me because i actually take martial arts 6.5/10
Also stop standing on your ball of your foot when you kick . Keep your foot flat when you turn into the kick.
Yeah just keep your arms up since that's a right round house keep your left high but good form and nice hip turn
Stop dropping your right arm to your knee keep the guard up gain balance through this technique
A ton of wasted energy here, you don’t need so much movement here. Your body is going to be able to move you much quicker than gravity can. Instead of dropping straight down like that, try a smaller movement. I just realized I genuinely can’t explain what I’m trying to say so actually just ignore me!

I always feint a hook and then turn all the way into a backfist and when I do it a second time instead of backfist do a backkick just keep mixing it up change levels
