Glute and ab focused workout with a circuit for calves
Come to the gym with me for a glute, ab, and calf workout!
The workout is the following:
Warm up 1-2 sets, 12-15 reps
Banded donkey kicks
Banded fire hydrants
Leg swings
Cable kickbacks
Hip abduction
Hip thrust
Superset with single leg thrust
Kneeling squats
Glute focused rounded back extension
Calf Raises Circuit
Regular calf raises
Outer stance calf raises
Inner stance calf raises
Abs
Incline Bench Sit Ups
Superset with Incline Bench Oblique Sit ups
Weighted leg raises
In and out to V Ups
Bicycles
Cardio: Optional
20 minutes on the stair-master

Yes there is access to Wi-FI at the lodge all day.
I’m taking this tour in October….how did you enjoy the lodging after a few days? How far is the lodge from an urban city?
The lodging was great, access to pools, wifi, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The lodge is a bit far from an urban city though.
