Thank you so much for your reply. I understand where you're coming from, but sometimes how we interpret things is not the real reality. We are making judgements. Your example: God is love but how does love fit in with Noah and the judgement that took place? I want to give you an illustration that may help bring light to this. Many years ago,someone blessed us with a dog. The dog was a cross breed between a boerboel and a sheepdog. That's not a very good combination. And we really loved the dog. We had so much fun with the dog. It was an awesome, big blessing. But it had a little bit of a problem.... It could snap. So it could lose it. So it would bite little kids, but not seriously just a little nibble. And then the one day, I was not at home it happened.. My wife phoned me, and she was crying. What happened I asked? The dog snapped: My boy came from behind just to play with the dog while my daughter was giving it some yogurt. And as my boy came to play, it snapped. The dog attacked my little boy. My boy was so young, he was four years old. It went for his throat to bite him. Fortunately, my wife was there, and she shouted. the dog's name: Slaptjips. Slaptjips what are you doing! And the dog snapped out of. It did bite my boy, but fortunately, just on his shoulder, but it was a dramatic event. I phoned a vet, and he said to me, Bennie, if that dog has bitten someone, it will bite again. You unfortunately have to put the dog down. It has a nature problem. I remember I was so saddened, because I really loved this dog. I loved this dog. It was such a blessing. And then I had to take it to the vet that they can put it down. Now, I tell you, I was crying. And if you made a judgment from the outside you would look at it and think man this Bennie is such a terrible schizophrenic he says he loves people he loves his animals and there he goes and kills his own dog what a horrible person I never want anything to do with this Bennie guy because look what he's done. But what looked like an act of judgment and terrible from from a outside perspective was actually act of love and mercy because I love my kids. I love people I knew this dog will bite again and therefore what looked like a harsh judgment was actually act of love because. The next morning I was grieving about this dog. I spoke to the Lord and I said Lord I wish I could lay hands on this dog and it could receive a new nature it could get rid of this the snap nature and just be nice. When I spoke that I felt clearly the Holy Spirit speak to me and the Lord said to me Bennie that was how I felt in all covenant. People have a nature problem. In the old covenant like in Noah's day people couldn't get saved, the couldn't receive a new nature. Jesus didn't go to the cross yet to pay for our sins that you can experience this incredible born again experience where you became a new creation on the inside of your spirit. Once a person was demon possessed there's nothing you could do about it there was no hope. But now in the new covenant there's so much more hope so you'll see there's a radical difference between old covenant and the new covenant. I believe the flood is similar it looks harsh and not loving but it was an act of mercy to save the human race because it became so evil every inclination of man's heart was evil in Noah's time. Hope the little bit I've shared here can help you and shed some light, don't make judgments about God get to know him for yourself and you will find He is so loving so kind so merciful so generous so good. God is love! I pray that you will get to know God, not just hear what people say about him but get to know him for yourself you'll be pleasantly surprised.

There has never been any credible evidence that has demonstrated that god exists. If you have any please provide it, but honestly I don't see that as possible. Good luck.

Dear friend, you have to have a lot of faith to believe there is no God. All of the incredible design of creation you are surrounded by. Every day it's proof there is God. Just look at the animals, beauty, love, complexity of this planet. All creation screams there is a designer. Your DNA is incredible, I was a developer in the IT industry and your DNA is more complex than anything I have ever written. As a neurologist once said your brain is the most complex piece of matter in the universe, it's impossible that no designer was ever involved. It's like saying there is no such things as engineers and the existence of a space shuttle doesn't proof engineers exist. Life is a miracle, you have to be indoctraned to believe something else. People love this belief that there is no God, because then there is no responsibility for actions. And often God has been misrepresented as someone who is angry and upset at you but this is not true, God loves you more than anyone on this earth. Besides that I have seen incredible miracle happen in front of my eyes, people supernaturally healed of cancer that had no hope. I am swimming in a swimming pool and you are trying to convince me there is no such thing as a pool :) You see a person with an experience is never at the mercy of a person with theory. I pray God would reveal himself to you! You have nothing to loose, pray this prayer: if there is a God in heaven show yourself to me. Blessings

@"you have to have a lot of faith to believe there is no God." LOL. Actually the only thing I need is a lack of evidence to not believe in god. What evidence can you provide that demonstrates that this world was "designed" or 'created"? What can you point to and say "that is from god"? Good luck.

So my question to you my friend: If you walk through a forest and you find a beautiful log cabin? Surely that is evidence enough there has been people there? Even though I never saw anyone build it, someone created/build it. You have to be foolish to believe people don't exist. Right now all around you are things you cannot see but they exist. All of creation is crying out there is a God, your existence is evidence there is a God! Who made you? Who designed you? Your DNA is super complex! You are the most complex part of all of creation, scientists have been trying for hundreds of years to create something incredible as mankind!

If your god is so "good" why did he flood the planet wiping out both moral and not moral people? If he is supposed to be benevolent than why not just pass judgement on the guilty and spare the innocent? Your god has emotional problems. He is unable to think rationally and reasonably.
