@@soulsreaper7145 what I know is there were a lot of expensive cards taken. I did hear on TH-cam that the recovered cards stolen were not going to be re-released to the public. Considering how they release these cards within months of each other. There is the possibility that the first batch of 151 were also taken in that theft. So it makes sense that it is going to be hard for collectors to find those few expensive cards that we want. Those stolen cards are never going out to the public as Pokemon card company stated that when they got the stolen cards back. They were going to destroy them. We lose all the way around.

the recent sold prices on the psa 10 kingdras shocked me, is that normal for promo cards until more are in circulation? im new to collecting but i found these boxes in particular seem pretty good, $30 for 5 packs and a $10 raw card, and I'm assuming since its likely hard to grade a 10, a potentially 150$ slab if a 10, buying these when I can for sure..

Its at all time highs because the money is flowing from giant hedge fund corporations and big VC guys who pump these markets according to a decades old pattern. Then they get the media to hype everything theyre invested in, retail money pours in, then the hedge funds and vc’s sell on them. Its a vicious cycle that happens over and over.
