Minna No Nihongo also has its sister book - "Translation and Grammatical Notes in English" which is the same thing - only it is translated to English and grammar for each point is explained. After school I often walked to the station with my friend Benny. This day I grabbed some food from my favorite restaurant Tendon Tenya. Afterwards, I went to the park near my share house, studied, and walked around for a bit. One of the biggest culture shocks for me was the number of people out and about, even at night!!

I know how you feel about the small space. We moved from a 3,000 square foot home in Fresno, to a 1,000 sq foot space in Irvine, to a 550 sq ft place in Atsugi. The small space sucks. But smaller homes seem to be the norm here. There are lots of space saving devices and techniques. Try to spend more time in coffee shops and department stores and parks and other public places. Try to focus on the positives and the many wonderful things that Japan has to offer.

Hello! I just found your account~ can you do what's in my bag and/or a day in my life as a japanese language student? I'm really wondering what Japanese language students bring to school 😭 do they bring huge bags? What stuff do you need in school: notebook? What type of notebook? Pen or pencil? Do you bring books? I only see students talk about general things/school life in Japan but not information like this 😭 I hope this isn't weird and gets noticed 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Hey there! I thoroughly enjoyed your video. I've been dedicatedly studying Japanese for the past year and will be moving to Japan this September. I couldn't be more excited! If you have any valuable tips to share from your experience as a TH-camr or learning Japanese, I would be thrilled to hear them. • @justforjoy

As a creator or any person with a goal, it is easy to get caught up in the idea of needing to reach it as quickly as possible. Be assured that good things take time and you will get there with patience and consistency. As for TH-cam, I think it is important to remember that you cannot please everyone. So at the end of the day, all that matters is that you’re pleased with the content that you’ve put out. 日本に楽しんで頑張ってください💕

It’s also interesting to see how different housing is in Japan and Korea I’m living in a goshiwon which is slightly bigger than your share house room but I have a personal shower as well.
