Pangya Mental Calculation Dunk

This is my first video guys and I try to chip without using calculator or any program. what means that "1 5 4.18 2090" could you explain that too ?
1 = wind effect cause of angle (cos 90deg) 5 = wind 4.18 = look up HWI table 2090 << idk what is this Cmiiw
