Are you coming it again after adding the egg? Your eating raw egg. The blender doesn't cook the egg.
yes i put it in the oven to bake it but the heat of the potato actually bakes it in during the blending process
the residual heat from the potatoes cooks the egg.

Try pesto pasta or pesto Mac and cheese 😊
You could try making tofu, noodles, soy sauce and broccoli, there’s probably a recipe somewhere online. Could also try making soups since it’s that kind of season (my house loves lentil soup). Also yoghurt bowls are quite good, when paired with fruit and granola
