Casagrand rocks.. even we have a booked in casagrand amberly in 2022.. now we cant book in that location for the price i booked.. now appartments are going at 1 cr in omr.. for some people it wont set.. but for people who want to live a peaceful life.. with a safe space for walking.. without motor sound ( living in smaller appartment or induvidual).. having a gym and children to play for our kids.. living with similar layer of people.. this will be a good option... plumbing problem.. a watchman for safety.. maintaining a lawn.. clean sorrounding.. etc.. these are all the benefits.. if we are in an induvidual house i need to go to street to find children to play with my kid.. street dog problems.. i have faced lots of disconforts in that.. can i built a house individually but need to pay 20k for maintaining it(having a watchman, maids to clean around the house).. its how each want to live their life... all we can say for people who say u dont know the value for money etc.. mudinja neenga andha idathula ippo vaangi kaaminga..
