I'm sure after the house is completely remodeled it's going to be spectacular. Although beautiful, I can't imagine living in a home that has a history of murder/ suicide and other deaths due to illness. The energy in the house must be extremely weird and creepy. Best of luck to whoever does purchase the property.

How very sad that the house and grounds aren't restored to their former beauty. It could be very charming if it were done right. Hopefully someone who can overlook it's history . Someone with a romantic flair and really give it a good jushing. Its upsetting that fanilies dont pass their homes down through the generations anymore. The sense of belonging you get is incomparable.❤ 🙏

I’m sorry, but you lose all credibility as a Realtor if you can’t pronounce the name of the neighborhood. Los Feliz is not pronounced in the correct Spanish way. Locals call it Loss Feeliz. Seriously.

I currently own a home where the previous owner ended his own life and many strange things go on here every single day. I was friends with the previous owner before the incident so it's possible he's just allowing me to live here in peace. BUT.. I would not live in a home where there was a violent murder because that awful violent energy will be in that home for eternity. This is a beautiful property though and thanks for posting this video.

Since you are a Realtor in the Los Feliz area, why did you not take us inside to view the property? Thank you, my husband is an architect and he showed me the renderings that is proposed. Gorgeous property, reminds of our house in San Juan Capistrano. Has anyone put a cost estimate to the suggested renovations shown in the renderings?

Common sense tells us this house is cursed with bad ju ju. I wouldn’t want this house… even if it were free.
