I used a 6 foot breaker bar and a foot extension proped up on a jack stand worked just fine

That things barely had any time to get any oil changes under its belt. Not trying to gatekeep or anything but a 2015 still feels like a *new* car that's probably still 90% factory parts.

No that's the generator for charging the batteries, the starter is in the transmission.

Would have been much easier replacing the thermostat also then using a 15 crows foot to get the sensor out. If you’re that far into the engine spending another $160 for the thermostat is well worth the preventative measure

Actually these bolts use ETorx sockets and you need to throw the old bolt away.

I followed the video, and it took a day for me to do the job. sweat :) The hard part was to take the alternator out and put it back in. I amlost gave up, but I came back to watch the vidol again and tred the exact angle to giet it out. Finally it came out. The limited space to work on bolts and nuts really sucks. For the other car Toyota camry, I got the job done in half an hour. Great thanks to the video.

The timing belt went on my 01 CRV. We've tried 3 different impact wrenches and still nothing. Until this. Trying it this week.

Nice, I did mine today a 1997 Chevy Tahoe 5.7 4 by 4.. Took me about 40 to 50 swings.. There's three different lower ball joints for my Tahoe... One of them is basically 47,46 and then a oddball 45 ish... Bought the other two didn't really know about the 45 one... Ended up thinking pressing a ball joint is too hard.. but of course I used Superman strength but I ended up breaking both of them now I know why they were too big I had the oddball got to walk to the parts store tomorrow😢

So this is the 4.7? You need to include the engine size in the description. Dodge made this truck with multiple engines. Without listing the engine size this video is worthless

It's never going to raise with the doors open, you are just going to over heat the pump. It doesn't have to be in off road mode for the suspension to work

If it was a 4x4 by all means use this method but a 2wd just drop the pan

If you take the bracket off the alternator and that line that goes over the alternator it comes right out

Bro thank you for this video, but i have to ask you about timing belt not lining up on the rear cam I'm in the process of replacing my timing belt 2013 pilot touring and i found out that my New timing belt is not going on it's place in the cam buy the fire wall and I'm bit stuck with it, all my timing marks are aligned i started from the crank pulley idle and the front right cam under the water pump and over the second cam,and it's not working for me without having a slack between the water pump and the cam by fire wall and help would be greatly appreciated thanks..

Did this leak fix work? My 2013l cruze is literally spitting out oil and the mechanics just tell me its leaking oil everywhere. But uts coming from that same spot.
