Before the depression Kodak built homes in Rochester ny for some of there employees. In one area they built 400 homes. My grandparents bought one. $1100.00. Thats right. $1100.00 dollars. They are nice homes. All still there. My grandparents lived there whole married lives in it. My grandmother never worked. Raised 3 boys. I miss them all. A young couple doesn't stand a chance today. Inflation has destroyed the middle class.

Hello! I’m Donna. I’m reaching out because I just found you on TH-cam. I am in Vegas and tried to arbitrage, but vegas isn’t allowing permits. So we had to pivot. I met a group on Facebook who need an influx of liquid capital. So, they appear to be leveraging their arbitrage properties to generate that capital by offering their existing properties to people like me for an investment fee of $40k. They guarantee a return on investment in 2 years and supposedly I would continue to receive all profits after expenses each month for up to 5 years. So to clarify- they don’t own these properties- they’ve been managing them as Airbnbs and earning income from them. On paper it feels like a no brainer. They’d continue to run the property- doing all the work- and we would just get any profits from the property for five years. Again, they are saying they guarantee a return on investment at the two year mark. If the rental income didn’t cover it by then, they’d issue a balloon payment. My question to you- doesn’t this sound too good to be true? We would love to invest but we’re terrified it’s some kind of scam. Because it’s so new it’s hard to verify the company’s in formation. He did send me screenshots of his properties on Hostfully. I’m sorry I know you don’t know me, I’m just looking for advice from someone who’s been in the business and might have some perspective on this type of situation. And you’re a neutral 3rd party.

Video Editing isn’t as good as it used to be. I’ve been in the video editing industry 10+ years and I’d say 99% of video editors I’ve met can’t find jobs. A majority that I know that do take it seriously and want to make it a career just end up going to college and joining a film/media group rather than trying out these online businesses. It’s too over saturated and for every 1 client/business owner there are 25 video editors all competing to work for them.
